Looks like they raised the camera so we can't see the field anymore. Don't want anyone spying on practice or watching the games for free!paaron46 wrote:West side camera is on. Practice in view.

Son of a.....!! This was going to be our only way of seeing a partial view of the SUU game. Perhaps someone in the AD can be persuaded to tilt it back down for just the game.dhilk3785 wrote:Looks like they raised the camera so we can't see the field anymore. Re: Webcam is up for Demo
There wasn't room enough without those boxes up there so I can't imagine how it's going to work now. The line to the concessions up there cuts off the entrance and also the access to the restrooms for anyone sitting south of the concessions. It's a cluster up there even for non-packed games.USUaggie wrote:Is there room to get to the food and restrooms up there?

Anyway, only poor people sit over there. You want concession pony up and sit with us ballers on the west-side

Maybe I've missed it, but are the only bathrooms going to be the ones in the South East corner this year? Not that the ones under the west side were anything great...

Re: Webcam is up for Demo
I've read a few places that they will bring in temporary restrooms for the west side. They had a few temporary ones on the west side last year and I assume they'll be similar to that.dhilk3785 wrote:Maybe I've missed it, but are the only bathrooms going to be the ones in the South East corner this year? Re: Webcam is up for Demo
Does anybody know if they're making any plans to add additional restrooms on the west side? Or better yet expand the width of the walkway on the southeast corner of the stadium? I gave up long ago even attempting to go to the restroom at halftime for sellout games. It's almost the 4th qtr. by the time you push through the crowd to get there and back.

Re: Webcam is up for Demo
The entire ground level of the new west side structure is dedicated to new restrooms, concessions and ticketing. If you go back to page 3 of this very thread you'll see the floor plans of the club level and suite level. Not shown is the layout of ground level and the top press level but you can see that each level has it's own sets of restrooms dedicated for users on that level. The ground level restrooms will be the "public" restrooms and should service the west side seating.AggieSkiBum wrote:Does anybody know if they're making any plans to add additional restrooms on the west side? As for the southeast corner, it has been a cluster for as long as the stadium has existed. It has been widened once already but remains a problem. It has been mentioned that the next phases of the stadium upgrades include improved restrooms and concessions in other areas so I would expect we will see the plan for those roll out as soon as the new press box is complete.

Look up a few posts. There are temporary structures above the east side.BlueRyno wrote:Where will the press/coaches be sitting during construction this season?

Re: Webcam is up for Demo
Not sure that this is the proper topic for my question, but I'm new to the board and don't know where else to post it. Does anyone know where the visitor section is located in Maverik Stadium? I'm going to buy a couple single game tickets to surprise my wife but don't necessarily want to be right next to the visiting marching band or fans if it can be avoided.

Re: Webcam is up for Demo
There are no tickets left near where the BYU band will be (it looks like there are only three single game tickets left to that game), and there are no other bands traveling to USU.mavericksoccer22 wrote:Not sure that this is the proper topic for my question, but I'm new to the board and don't know where else to post it. I probably missed it as I browsed through these posts, but are there currently chair backs in the old visitor section now?

Re: Webcam is up for Demo
What are they doing for lighting at the game tomorrow? Are they going to raise up additional lights or are they just going with only the four banks of lights at the corners? Anyone know?

The height of the cement pillars really give you an impressive idea of how big this thing is gonna be.
I'm not biased. I mock everybody.

The sheer size of the current construction gives me the chills! Next season going forward is going to be awesome!Servo wrote:The height of the cement pillars really give you an impressive idea of how big this thing is gonna be.
