Tonight will be a test of their resiliency. Do they pack it up for the season and finish around .500, or do they fight through the adversity?
Their resiliency has already been tested and it failed. Sorry to say. They just need to get on their feet again.

These stats confirm what my eyes have been telling me. Those NetRtg numbers are absolutely horrendous. And Anderson's numbers...... Ouch. We only have 1 player (Queta) whose TS% is above average. Most guys are way below average. Again, Anderson's numbers are not good, but he's playing out of positi...

Provo, I've seen the percentage argument before.

Utah State University as a whole, and even Logan City, still doesn't understand what it needs to do to make a football weekend an event in Logan. It should be a mini vacation for most people along the Wasatch Front.

Mcchesney has been talked about by Scotty as one of the practice standouts who "has a good feel for the game".

You can see the lack of athleticism when we need to go one-on-one, with the exception of Sam.

Sam played the best game of his career. Defended a potential NBA draft pick quite well. Stat line as follows.
21 pts, 9 reb, 5 assists, 0 turnovers, 5-10 3pt, only 1 foul.

Edited. Thank you.

I don’t know why we are not posting our 7’ center up on the blocks down low. Instead we keep giving him the ball out on the perimeter and expect him to drive in on a defender waiting for him. Doesn't look good now and a considerable amount of time, maybe the rest of the season with Queta out. We really needed him this year.

What's worse is that the refs allow a defender to undercut an offensive player like that and then call it a charge to make matters even worse.

I keep hoping for some strength to come from the conference too but, really, it's wishful thinking. The only team that really has a shot to make a big splash is SDSU.

Malachi Flynn is the real deal and they have a lot of talent to support him including Arop and Schakel.

IMO this game is a near must win with regards to at large with the NCAA tournament given we’ve lost to BYU and st. Mary’s.

I think we can win and I think we need to.
That much we can both agree on. Also, beating SDSU in San Diego would help. Not losing in the MWC tournament first game also.

Anderson is currently the backup 4 and 5, how many minutes could he realistically get at the 3? 5-10? People complaining about Porter were off base, and Miller is also our best option at the 3 because Brito has to backup Porter/Sam as a ball handler and Anderson is currently our backup 4 and 5. No options until Kuba is back, maybe then you'll see Anderson or Bean at the 3 Anderson isn't stuck at th...

Where did I say that Brito wouldn't get a break? I'm sure the coaches can figure out a rotation where Miller's minutes are reduced and the correct people play in his role (Brito or Anderson). Miller shouldn't be playing 25+ minutes per game shooting like this and being a liability on defense. Someth...

Since the LSU game ( I didn't count the St. Katherine's game) Miller is 4-19 21% from 3 and averaging 6pts a game. Britto is 5-24 20% and putting up 8pts per in those 5 games. What's lost a bit here is that when you're struggling on offense like this, you need to turn it around by playing better on defense. You don't turn it around by shooting more....

That's the real problem here.
