Re: USU QB rack and stack

I just think that his biggest hinderance was injuries. His injuries were the result of his indecisiveness. Holding on to the ball too long when he needed to either throw it away or make the right reads. Running with the ball too long when he just need to step out of bounds. Etc, etc. He had a great...

CK's only issue was injuries. Otherwise, he played well in two different schemes; Baldwin's option-based approach and Wells' spread, up tempo.
Chuckie was very undecisive throughout his career and had trouble making reads, progressing through reads. That's a coaching issue in hindsight.

Re: USU QB rack and stack

I never was unaware of Chuckie's talent and potential. Now I can clearly see what the problem was. Chuckie had multiple QB coaches and offensive coordinators and started his career with Gary Andersen. Enough said. Had he had the current staff and 4 years of the same good coaches, he could've made it...

Re: Neemy pick 39!

In the press conference he said that he chose the number. I predicted he wouldn't be a first rounder. I think this is simply because he played at Utah State and not a P5 school, not because he didn't deserve to be drafted higher. I think he's going to do well for the Kings this season and be an impo...

If I had to pick 1 starting qb for next season ( in their college prime)
My top 10

1. Love
2. Calvillo
3. Keeton
4.Garretson
5. Fuentes
6. Kennedy
7. R Nielson
8.Borel
9. Myers
10. Sauk

Who you got?
I'd swap Fuentes and Keeton. Then I'd swap Sauk and Riley Nelson.

I think there's a chance he could be a very serviceable QB for Missouri State. Interesting video. I like th...

People forget in these conference realignment scenarios that you're always going to have teams rise to the top and teams fall to the bottom. When you play two revenue generating sports that have wins associated with the outcome, it's inevitable that you'll have teams that are "losers" or "outcasts" ...

I think 2-0 is more likely than 1-1 this year, with a proven QB and upgraded defense. QB proven at Arkansas State, yes. Unproven at Utah State with this staff. Upgraded defense? In theory, yes, but not yet proven on the field. Folks, look at our returning starters from last season and you can see w...

Boy, I really think they are undervaluing the Aggies. Based on these predictions I can see where the outlets are setting our win total at 3-4. I don't think they are undervaluing the Aggies at all. This is a new staff. New players. New system. Nothing proven. No proven team chemistry yet. No proven...
