Re: Rahsul Faison

I'm super bummed Davon and Rahsul are leaving, but I am honestly ambivalent about everyone else that left. We weren't a good team last year, but Davon and Rahsul were good backs that were fun to watch.

Well, hopefully we get some good transfer news too at some point.

Tucker Anderson = Lisan Al Ghaib.

He’s probably going to have too many good opportunities to come here, but cool he visited and would be a fantastic pick up.

Re: Current State of USU Basketball

What I found fascinating about this entire discussion is that even though we are returning practically every key contributor from a top 25 team that won an NCAA tournament game despite losing our coach, everyone seems to assume that any player at USU who has a decent season is automatically going t...

If Great does make his decision to come back Karson and great our going to do some pretty dumb stuff, also he will be probably wanting around 200k to 400k in nil money which we cannot afford will see though. His agent is asking for 900k on the open market. Whether it's $350k, $500k, or $900k, we ar...

For some unknown reason, many of you think we are sitting on our hands and not recruiting. Just waiting around hoping and dreaming Osobor comes back to USU. That is absurd thinking. They are recruiting as if he isn't returning. If not, our coaches have their collective heads up their a$$. Why do we...

Re: Great Osobor

With that list of schools, he's 1000% gone. I think we should re-purpose the NIL money we have allocated to him and get rockin' and rollin' filling out the roster! The timing of those visits, though likely unintentional, is kind of a "(I can't express myself without swearing) you" to USU. "Here, let...

Just be patient fellas. Calhoun isn't opposed to local recruits. I agree 👍 Of course he isn’t “opposed to local recruiting”. Nobody is opposed to local recruiting. Is he opposed to recruiting a local kid that’s overlooked and maybe seen as slightly undersized or less athletic verses some HS kid fro...

Re: Current State of USU Basketball

I doubt the importance of recruiting Utah is lost on Coach Calhoun. The most likely conclusion is that he just wasn’t all that enamored with Barnes and Cox. I will be honest, I wasn’t either. I do feel bad that this has left both of them in a lurch.

Pretty soon people are going to start to realize it’s USU that’s special, not necessarily the coaches. I am firmly convinced that USU will make average coaches look good and good coaches look great. Reports are that Sprink wasn’t exactly the “love on his players” type. But my guess is the players probably felt he pulled the rug out from under them, and in Great’s case, he did the same thing to Great last year. I can understand why players wouldn’t be too happy to have their lives turned upside ...
