Re: Mason Falslev at Arctic Cirlce

It is a chance for all of us to eat less and fit into those medium shirts. It has been a while since we poked this bear. Paging LKGates! @LKGates This should help arouse the bear. SOME of us have a life away from the screen. I think I’m doing OK. Judge for yourself. This is a picture of me six mont...

Re: Utah Hockey

Just keep them as the coyotes. Kind of like the sound of the Utah Yotes. They can't. Several articles have more detailed explanations, but the idea is that the Arizona owner is retaining rights to the name and they will be an expansion team if they can find a home in Arizona within the next 5 years.

This is exactly why I'd like to see some collaboration between the G5, lower level P4 schools (maybe), and FCS to create a promotion/relegation system based on regionally affiliated divisions/conferences.

Pro/rel in college football would be amazing.

Having 70 permanent teams completely guts it.
100% agree. It's all or nothing with a promotion/relegation system.

Agree. Unless you are a complete dolt, you are not going to mistake this league for the old PAC conferences. The quick and easy ways to eliminate this (if it is a concern) is to expand the league into a combination that has never existed. The Cougs/Beavs are still living a pipe dream of just return...

Just watched the condensed game. If we get the same refs, it's going to be hard to get him into foul trouble. They let a LOT of physical play go without a call. No complaints, just an observation that it shouldn't be our primary/only strategy.

The only guarantee is right here, right now. Next year we could have another pandemic. The team could be injury laden. There is a thread about it on their message board. Apparently the coaches haven't been fan friendly, and they botched a renovation of the stadium that ended up making the fan experience worse. They've had declining attendance for a few years, it would seem.

Make signs of all the tweets that made Max mad in his spat with the Boise journalist. Make sure he can read them. Chant "you've been grounded" every time he goes to the bench. Chant "nepotism" every time he comes off the bench. Every time the coach throws a fit, chant something about being an unfit ...

While I understand that we don't have the full formula, I'm interested to hear ideas on tweaking it. IMO, beating a q1 opponent on the road by 20-30 points should be taken into account, but beating a q4 team by the same margin at home should not have as much effect.

Can they change it mid season? That would be very amusing to see these teams drop out of rankings when they have very few q1/q2 wins and haven't played on the road
