I agree that sometimes he’s excellent, but struggles against more athletic and faster players. Unfortunately he takes the wrong angles and gives up baseline too easily.

Seems like an over correction from the MWC in this game. UNLV is full extension pushing off and only one offensive foul this game. At least 3 pointers where UNLV has pushed off to clear space.

Trash shooting on our end, but these refs aren’t calling anything now.

Hard to believe that they have 4 guys with 4 fouls and now the whistles stop? Took us 8 seconds to get an intentional after 3 hard swipes too. I call a Technical Foul on this officiating crew. MWC should review this game.

This game has not been that physical for there to be nearly 40 fouls to be called. 1 foul per minute by the end of this game. If we lose, it will be partly because we can’t hit a dang free throw either. Oh yeah, or a 3.

Just posted something similar. Very underwhelmed by his progress as a big man. Will reverse physiology work? Maybe he’s afraid of the rim. Would love to see him throw it down about 5x a game. Certainly has the looks, but no effort to finish.

Shady Officiating for sure. Double-Ts, OutofBounds calls their way, but not ours and flops. OMG, the flops. Hey, they acted better than us and made big shots when it counted most.

Aggies aren’t aggressive enough! We rarely dunk anymore and draw fouls. Did earlier in year, go to the line 20 times per night. We have players, but we flat out lack enough raw athleticism to compete with bad teams. Maybe something is shifting now, but it may be too late.

Britos stupid and 1 foul on the free dunk. Other than his clutch 3 to put us up by 4, he had some bonehead moves tonight. He rushes down the court on fast breaks and almost all the time makes a mistake. Slow down and set the offense up. Brito thinks he’s Superman all too often.
