Re: Visitors this weekend?

Tucker Anderson came on a visit this week. Led Central Arkansas in scoring last season as a true freshman. A 6-9 forward 14.5 PPG, 3.7 RPG, 38.1% from 3 Woah. I thought he was headed to Ohio state?! I've seen reports that he went on a visit to OSU, but can't find anything about a commitment. And I ...

Re: Current State of USU Basketball

I doubt the importance of recruiting Utah is lost on Coach Calhoun. The most likely conclusion is that he just wasn’t all that enamored with Barnes and Cox. I will be honest, I wasn’t either. I do feel bad that this has left both of them in a lurch. Why didn't they sign in the Fall? Was Sprinkle se...

Re: What if Sprinkle had stayed?

I said at the time Sprinkle would stay, but he made a very poor decision going to,a school that is in transition fro PAC. To B1G. He will be under more pressure and could regret the hasty departure, money is not everything. The irony is the fact after costs the amount between Utah State's highest o...

Re: Cooper Lewis

Thanks for bringing up. I, too, have wondered about him. I’m not sure if he’s immediately headed on a mission or what. Guys, this kid is good. He absolutely dominated Utah HS 6A ball en route to leading to his team to the state championship averaging 27 ppg shooting 42% from 3. Corner Canyon was un...

Re: Current State of USU Basketball

Just be patient fellas. Calhoun isn't opposed to local recruits. I agree 👍 Of course he isn’t “opposed to local recruiting”. Nobody is opposed to local recruiting. Is he opposed to recruiting a local kid that’s overlooked and maybe seen as slightly undersized or less athletic verses some HS kid fro...

Re: Current State of USU Basketball

Hard to overstate how badly we screwed over Jordy Barnes in this whole process. This, the guy put up ridiculous numbers, stayed loyal through two coaching changes and then we cut him off despite having 7 open spots. I love everything that Calhoun has done so far but that is a head scratcher, same w...

I bet it's SLB. I never posted and will never post anything negative about the Aggies. The twitter account is about being an insider and being angry at the Aggies. Prove it. Huh. It seems we have quite the juxtaposition between SLB and our new head coach. Which one are we to trust?? It seems our new head coach didn’t even deem Barnes worth a walk-on spot. https://i.postimg.cc/rFMLqp3r/IMG-2688.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/zBQ39g0K/IMG-2685.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/VvGy7qgP/...

After assessing how things have transpired this week and trying to do as much research as I can, this is my PREDICTION as to who stays, who is going, and who is on the fence. If at any time I have reason to believe that my prediction needs to be altered I will do so. Mason Falslev - Stays at Utah S...

It sounds like Kentucky did in fact land Great Osobor on his visit. Which I mean, good for him. I am very intrigued to see how the SEC goes for him. Freaking Mark Pope though. I hate that guy. Any word yet on Wynott @aggies22? His commitment might be more impact full than Great's. We are no longer recruiting Kase Wynott. Why though? I do think the team next year needs shooting (assuming we don't get Wynott). It seems worth bringing in a guy maybe deficient in other areas but can really shoot.

Huh. After watching his clip I'm struggling to understand why he wasn't even more dominant playing against bad teams and why he played only 24 mpg? He's got great size, he's coordinated, and seems to be a decent finisher around the hoop. Maybe it's simply just an issue of still growing into his body...

As much as I would like to have Great back, there is very little to no chance he comes back. Great is one of the top five transfers listed on ESPN’s list.
