After Wells (Whom many hated for too much fire).

Gary is a poor substitute.

You can be friends with the players but at some level you have to motivate them.

Matt motivated players. Some did not like it and some did. Regardless they showed up to play.

Gary is their buddy , but they need a coach.

Sanford is horrible.
