Re: Boise State Ticket Prices

Nice simple calculation, but so many more factors. You are missing concession sales, parking, programs, etc. What about getting people in the stadium who will then be repeat customers or even season ticket holders because they had such a great experience when we beat Boise. Last but not least. This ...

KC was also the one that sent out the exciting email to extend the flash sale for season ticket holders as discussed above. As a donor I like the guy, but he is a bit out of touch on this issue.

Re: Boise State Ticket Prices

Look at the replies to his tweet. Totally inaccurate info trying to justify pricing. Many top 25 programs have tickets at under $10, especially to early non-conference games. I have verified this. Again, our pricing is an issue and then the AD complains about empty seats and tries to justify our pri...

Re: Boise State Ticket Prices

You all drive me crazy. Yes, it is more expensive. I'm not so annoyed at not wanting to pay that. I get it. It's a lot of money for the one event. I'm annoyed how everyone whines when they are cheap still. Where were the whiners for the other 5 games? Don't tell me kickoff times. We learned that do...

Re: Boise State Ticket Prices

I'm all for pricing for demand, but you have to find the supply/Demand balance. Look at our ticket availability...the supply is high and the demand is low based on the price and recent sales. Time for a price reevaluation and adjustment. Do something to drive demand then think about higher prices. ...

Boise State Ticket Prices

I just went onto the USU ticket office site to look at the ticket availability for the Boise St. game. I have several "Aggie fan" family members who were considering attending. I was very disappointed to see the number of seats still available for a game of this magnitude against a rival and ranked ...

Yes things are building/trending in a positive direction and yes we should be doing much better. In response to the last post "Cache Valley is the Base". I have been told that it is a Lizfranc (ligaments and structure if mid foot) injury. Usually takes at least 6 months for full recovery. He will definitely be missed, but we have good depth at the position.

Re: Ingram transferring

As I mentioned early in this thread there is definite tampering from TT/Wells staff and potentially outside of the NCAA rules. Here are some additional details: Ingram was not even ...

Re: Ingram transferring

Do we know a timeline for Ingram’s decision? If he doesn’t know by the time practice starts will he practice with the team? Summer semester does not end until August 9th and grades will not be turned in until the following week. He will need some of these credits to graduate and be a grad transfer....

It looks like some definite tampering and recent contact from Lubbock Texas. I knew that this was in the works a week ago. Ingram still has a few hoops to jump through to graduate this summer and it is not a given. He is scrambling on some of the hoops to complete. The grad programs he is looking at...

I expected him to get passed by JK3 or TK and eventually get limited minutes, mainly in blowout wins. Get passed by JK3 and TK? I assumed he would start out WAY BEHIND JK3 and TK, and that gap would widen as the season wore on. I would have been surprised if he even got Tann Tueller-type minutes. I...

In terms of students - There is so much more that can be done to get them engaged and many of them want to be engaged. The die-hard students are going to be to most games no matter what. Helfrich is also an interesting option. It is impressive that we have someone with his resume in the mix. Yes, he had one bad year at Oregon, but look at the years before that. We just came off of a coach who had one bad year (we stuck with him) and we did not want to see him go. What he did before...
