Hey, if he posts literally every player that enters the portal, then he can claim that he predicted it when inevitably one of them transfers here!

Re: Tod Kowalczyk - Announcement on Tuesday
I thought we wanted someone who would be likely to stay? Diana may have found that and we still find a way to (I can’t express myself without swearing) about it. Impossible to please our fans I don't give a sh*t if our coaches stay, as long as we continue to win, and win when it matters. I'd rather...

Because people get a hard on for coaches with a “Utah connection”StanfordAggie wrote: ↑March 28th, 2024, 12:46 pmI'm confused why people were excited about Simon, who also has zero tournament appearances, and less wins over a shorter career than Kowalcyzk. I, for one, think that this is a fantastic hire.

Let’s go!! I believe this gives us a great shot at retaining our players and commits!! Player retention should be near the bottom of the list of priorities for hiring a coach. These players won’t be here 3-4 years from now but the coach will be. Who was the coach here 4 years ago and is he still ar...

Crazy to me that the guy was able to land that kind of interest after 3/4 of a season just because of a stupid "returned no points" narrative. Congrats to his agent his got his 🤑🤑🤑 No one cares Sprinkle turned around Montana State instantly with incredible recruiting. When he came to USU, his best ...

I am fairly certain that we will have far more impressive candidates interested than two “meh” coaches from the MAC after the season we just had. I mean like who? Like I want to hear an actual tangible realistic example of who people think? I’ve seen Niko medved’s name tossed around. That’s a compl...

Josh Schertz should absolutely be our #1 target with DeVries off the board. I know he was rumored to have landed the Saint Louis job but hasn’t been finalized yet. I wonder if he has expressed interest in other jobs? Wishful thinking I know Maybe I'm wrong, but color me skeptical that this is the y...

Our last 2 coaches had both been to the NCAA tournament with their previous schools when we hired them. I think many of you are shortchanging the type of candidates this job attracts. You don’t hire a coach for roster retention purposes. Period.

Burris was by far the biggest disappointment on this team. He should head back to the Big Sky Jackson Grant says hold my 🍺 I actually had expectations for Burris tho. Grant did nothing at Washington. I never thought he’d be a critical piece of this team. Many of us thought Burris would be a starter...

No hard feelings towards Sprinkle when he leaves. Winning a tournament game is all we’ve ever asked for and he delivered in 1 year at the helm.

We won’t. We aren’t in the WAC or Big West anymore. We will be a 7-10 seed each time we make the tournament. I think we can start winning more regularly and hopefully get to a Sweet 16 soon!

Every Aggie basketball season is going to end in a loss. Winning a first round game was a dream come true for me and this doesn’t take away from that accomplishment at all. Seeing us share the stage with a #1 seed was pretty surreal.

I’ll tell you the biggest key of all and it has nothing to do with X’s & O’s or the guys in purple. Act like we belong on the same floor as these guys and play like it. Don’t play timid and dig ourselves an 8 point hole in the first 5 minutes. Play loose and confident for once on the big stage. Will...

The prevalence of the victim mentality amongst many in this fan base remains the strangest thing to me. We can somehow always find a way to feel slighted by the refs, the NCAA, some random video or the media in general. Idk. It’s just bizarre. The world is not out to get us.
