Re: New unis

I realize growing up during the fab 5 era I wore shorts that were probably way to long (along with my black nike ankle socks), but what is the deal with the short shorts now? These aren't too far off from Jimmy Chitwood style shorts, but I guess when half the players wear leggings underneath it doe...

Re: Nevada Game time?

The good news is that my first home football game since 1998 will be a night game, and it won't be 100 degree heat index! The bad news is, well - given that it's my first chance to be at a home game in over 20 years, there is no bad news. Highly recommended Aggie ice cream flavor: Aggie ROTC Enjoy!...

I think we are in danger of having our secondary getting blown out of the water.
This is honestly my biggest fear, and the main factor that makes me think that we have a solid 0.00% chance of winning this game.

Yes, this needs to stop.

I'm a USU homer, but I know damn well that we are going to lose on Saturday. LSU is legit, very legit.

I'm honestly still worried about clean snaps to Jordan. Is it possible that our center just has an unexplained case of the yips?

Re: If we were to beat LSU

I honestly don't know how, strategically, we could even plan to win this game. We really need to control the ball and manage the pace of the game with the run, but our RB situation is... fluid... I'd like to run J Love more than we have been, but that's way too dangerous... I honestly don't trust an...

I'd actually like to see this be taken a step further. When we have possession and about 30 seconds left til halftime, start to trot down to the locker room for about 10 seconds. Then, turn around, run down to the ball, and snap the damn thing for a new play.

What a bunch of deebs... as if they have a snowball's chance against J. Hurts and #6 OU in Norman. OU is a very juicy bet to win the national championship at 10/1 odds. What about an Arizona team that lost to Hawaii that they looked horrible against too? Did they have a snowball’s chance against th...

Who gets tired of the complaining (rhetorical). Two weeks ago, the complaint was not having enough food or the lines, due to the limiting of food you can bring into the stadium. So USU brings in food trucks and here we are gripping about those. Folks, it's okay. Get there early, eat before the game...

looking at the map and estimating based on green dots, I'd say there are 1,500 to 2,000 tickets left for the game.
How many tickets should we expect to sell at the gates before the game? What's typical?

I was very proud of the Stony Brook turnout by the students... I'm guessing that a win at SDSU - and a game against a familiar conference mate - only helps the excitement.

This is the problem with turning out so well to Stony Brook, students. We now have super, super high standards for you.

I'd love to see Wake end up as a top-of-the-pack ACC team rather than the middle-of-the-pack ACC team that I thought that they were.

I honestly think that Wake will give Clemson a run for its money in regular season play; they look very solid.
