Careful. We speak in hushed tones about the presumptive 6th man of the year in these parts.QuackAttackAggie wrote: ↑February 12th, 2021, 6:13 pmI wish I had the raw misplaced confidence of Jordan Clarkson that somehow paid off every time

Re: Holy Utah Jazz
I love this Jazz team more than I've loved any Jazz team in my lifetime, and that's saying something. I really love John and Karl, but top-to-bottom, this team is loaded with great chemistry. My third favorite Jazz guy right now (behind Mitchell and Gobert) is Royce O'neale. The guy does all of the ...

I just listened to a podcast about how really not good the Bucks defense has been (20th in the league in OPP PPG). Hopefully Sam can come in and show how he can make a difference on the defensive side of things as well.

Just one comment. You said your preference was for Fonz to take less threes. I like the number of threes he is taking and wouldn’t mind him putting up 1 or 2 more. On the other hand, I really wish Bean would stop shooting 3’s altogether. He is better off looking for a block, or steal, or rebound, o...

Haha...looks like it sold. It's like an error card in the sports card world. Not sure why this popped in my head but the last time I had a Texas A&M hat it was actually issued by my mission presidency. They bought hats with the A T M logo on the front and then had Arizona Tempe Mission embroidered ...

Re: MWC Player of the Year race
Fatts Mitchell has been lighting it up. The dude is in great shape this year. That's a critique of the past. I came here to say the same thing. Matt looked great last night, and I'm guessing he has a lower body fat ratio than 98% of this board. Ironically, during covid, I'm at about a 98% ratio mys...

Re: Big Win!
My favorite play of the game (and I'll have to check with y'all for specifics): SDSU drives to the basket for a layup. Queta is there. The ball is kicked out for a contested three in mid-air. They miss. Excellent, excellent work. I'm very proud of this team, and I love that when the ball is loose, o...

Re: Bucks message board loving Merrill
After hitting the record breaking 3 pointer last night, here’s a few quotes from their board. They are really hyping him up... “The beginning of a HOF career” “He owns the NBA”(with a picture of him having the only 100% 3 pt shooting) “ My only question about him at this point is whether he gets in...

Re: TNT
I promise y'all - the only fanbase in the entire world that is upset about TNT cutting away from the 40 point Bucks/Heat blowout is the (so far) very limited Sam Merrill fanbase. I'm guessing I can find 40,000 people who would rather watch Steph Curry shoot practice 3's for every one person who want...

I was once opposed to signing Gobert for that much. Then I thought: what else could we do with the money? Who could the Jazz realistically sign in free agency? Once you think through it, the Gobert extension is a good thing.

Today, I'm Ashamed to Be an Aggie
I was raised to be an Aggie. I'll always be an Aggie. I'm not going anywhere, but today, I'm ashamed to be an Aggie. This year, I was somehow excited to watch a 1-5 football team get blown out on the road. This is a new low, and an incredibly unpalatable dog turd from a team of totally inept, talent...

Can we be honest? If Frank were really the guy for the job, there's no way in hell we'd be cancelling the game tomorrow. Effective leaders lead on and off the field. Our guys would be ready for the game tomorrow come hell or high water. Andersen was 0-3. Maile was 1-2 with two cancelled games. Good ...

Sam is definitely looking leaner. https://i.postimg.cc/nj09hxzr/Screenshot-20201211-091620-Gallery.jpg Are we sure that is Sam? I really, really don't want to get NBA League Pass this year, but I really, really want to watch the Bucks every night... It's not going to be a great investment because it's unlikely he'll get a lot of p.t. Too late. Splitting LP with some friends. :) It's a lot easier to stomach when split 5 ways...

Re: So after four games, who are we?
We need Queta to get much more aggressive offensively. We need Marco Anthony to develop a clutch gene and learn to work better off/through Queta. Worster needs to keep finding his own shots (and he needs to be putting up 1,000 shots a day in practice). Bean needs to keep status quo. Who's our 5th gu...

Re: The Waved Off And One Bucket
Yeah I'm pretty sure that's the right call after the heat of the moment has worn off. Worster is fouled as he's going for the ball. Bang-bang play. Easily not one of the worst 3 calls tonight. I dont know what you are looking at? You are saying he had enough time for a bang bang play to happen befo...

Re: Refs were awful
Just absolutely terrible all around, but we also missed every opportunity to take the lead. Yes, this is true. We had the win at the end, and the refs snatch it from us. The refs left a lot to be desired, and missed/mishandled at least two big calls, but we were awful from the field. It's hard to s...

Re: Refs
Two GAME-CHANGING bad calls: 1. Aggies down by 4 with momentum, ball is CLEARLY out on the zoobs and is called thus by the baseline ref. The ref 50 feet away RUNS in and calls it out on Aggies. Replay says that is wrong. BYU knocks a 3 to go up 7 and take the momentum shift. 2. The second to last p...

All sarcasm aside: I liked how BYU owned the heel role at the end. At least they know they're deebs who represent nothing more than an opportunity to entertain their fanbase.
