Re: Late start games..

I'm very sad that this game is at 9 pm. I live 45 minutes away, but with traffic on the way out of AFA, I can't realistically except to be home until 12 am on a work night. Pass.

Re: Lunardi Bracketology

7 or 10 ok, just avoid the 8-9. Generally, yes but at this point I'm not seeing much difference between 1-4 and 5-8 in the rankings. I think it's wide open this year where any of the 1 seeds could be vulnerable for a second round upset. Agreed completely. The top of the pack (as well as USU) looks ...

Re: NCAA should change to 6 fouls

I don't know if allowing 6 fouls to each player in a 40 minute game is a good idea, but I think that they should give everyone one extra foul to give for each overtime that the game goes into. This would, theoretically, mean that a player, who was once fouled out, could come back into the game with ...

Re: I'm out on Miller

Brock seems to consistently be a step or two too slow on defense. I like this team a lot, and I think that we will bring it together by the end of the season, but our glaring issue is the lack of size, speed and athleticism at that wing position. I'm no Nostradamus, but I think that this will prove ...

Denver, CO here and I wish I could go to more games. I'm down in Castle Rock. I try to make a few games in Logan a year. I'm also the new USU Alumni Rocky Mountain Chapter President. I usually make it down to the AFA/CSU away game, and I try to hit Wyoming/UNM, but I haven't made it to those lately.

Re: Frisco bowl it is!

The negativity on here about our bowl is hilarious. We are a historically crappy and generally poorly supported football team that had a mediocre season this year. Overall, I'm happy with the bowl; it's exactly what we deserve. I'm guessing that OKAggie and YBA will be able to attend...? The players...

I'm not the least bit surprised by this, though I am surprised that he made it another year tbh.

I went to the USU/CSU game last year, where I sat behind enemy lines, and the CSU faithful were already, visibly fed-up with Bobo.

I also chimed-in with some disguised Bobo rants. :stirpot:

Re: Where will our bowl game be?

I wish we could have played ybu at the beginning of the season and not have played LSU at all. I think we would have been 8-4 right now instead of 7-5. Here's a very unpopular opinion: I'd rather play in two money games each year than one. I'd take 6-6 and an extra $1.2M (or whatever) for east side...

Re: Where will our bowl game be?

I have a lot of confidence we would have also won 9 games with SDSU’s schedule. But if USU had SDSU’s schedule, it would include a game against USU. Then that parallel universe would collapse upon itself with that logical inconsistency (especially now that ties aren’t permitted) and we’d never know...

Disgraceful Defensive Dump

I don't know how DJ Williams got back into the game on defense after single-handedly, bone-headedly screwing the one iota of momentum that we managed to drum up in the second quarter. We put him back in the game just a few game minutes after he took a huge dump on all of the work that our hobbled de...
