Re: Ladell Andersen, Aggie Legend

Great Coach, Great Man......he was so nice to me as a squirrely 11 year old the night I met Estes in the locker room of the old fieldhouse. He made sure I got the royal treatment that fateful night, when later tragedy struck with the electrocution of Estes. I met him many times the last 10 years dow...

It is so important that a coach know's how to make half-time adjustments

Rocky Long at San Diego State is one of those coaches. Tell me again how the hell did we beat San Diego State? We've really got to get better bowl games for our conference! San Diego State got screwed on their Bowl game. At 9-3 now 10-3, they really should have had a better bowl game! We can thank t...

Re: Home court advantage

Yes they did make their shots, but...........I LOATHE them so very much! I'm an old Aggie that one of the most important games to win each year is the byu game. It rips our whole psyche for a couple of months when we lose to them! I know there are more important games in conference, but beating byu ...

The New Mexico State game.....I was there with my Pop as a 16 year old. I remember it well. The game was in the 1970-71 season. We played New Mexico State twice, both in 71. We lost at Los Crucial, and won in Logan. Our guard Tebbs, went up for a lay-up and was roughed up pretty good by a New Mexico...

my favs are 1. Beating BYU in 1970 when they had Kresimir Cosic, Nate Williams hit a 30 footer to win. 2. In the old fieldhouse beating a #4 Seattle, with Shaler Halimon and his pro-type game. 3. Beating a Guy Lewis Houston team at home in the first year of the Spectrum. 4. Beating a very good UTEP ...

I was wondering if a weight change

Has affected Jordan Love? Early before the season began people on this board were saying that Jordan had put on 25 pounds and had beefed up on some weight training? Watching a game at Maverik- and loved watching in the Romney Stadium, but when you look at the overall landscape of College football, we are such a small brook trout in a small spring fed stream. We could get Hartwell and the conference to lobby for aq 2 pm start time for the Boise game? A 8:30 start on November 23, could be very brutal. In the 80's Sky View and Logan would play at the old Romney and have close to a sell out. They did have a sell out , I think it was 1985 or 1986 when Sky View played Mountain Crest for the State title in 3 A at the time. Mountain Crest won something like 7 to 6 I believe. It was a very boring game. ...

Offensive mind(At least thats what was said about him before he was hired at Western Kentucky), why then did his Western Kentucky team be very poor offensively?
