I did like Legas, which he would have stayed.

But to me it says something when I hear a challenger is doing well and suddenly the other two QBs leave. In that situation if you think you can win you stay, if you don't you leave.

To be clear, I have no doubt about Coop’s competitive juices or loyalty. He’s got that in spades. It’s about a coach that doesn’t believe in him and doesn’t know how to manage a QB room.

And yet all of those QBs came back this season and was able to bring in two veterans for more competition.
