What about Ben Howland? I seem to remember a little buzz for him during a previous search (maybe the Smith cycle), winning record everywhere he's been. From what I've read the team has had to transition to the triple option due to necessity. They o-line isn't very good and they're QBs have taken a beating. They've lost like 4 or 5 QBs to injuries.
