Re: Going for it inside the 2

That play was a play or two after Legas was hurt. After he was taken down and peeled up himself up off the turf he rolled his shoulders and arms testing his hurt shoulder. From my vantage point Andersen decided to go for it on fourth, Coop went over towards the sideline and talked with him for a sec...

Re: Volleyball picked 1st in conference

Probably will be hard to hang onto VBall coach He is a byu guy. He may not want to move across the country. What is the pay difference between top volleyball programs and USU for non revenue sports? We may be able to keep him, but if the byu job opens up, I would be nervous. I know that he was real...

Re: New Basketball Coaches

What about Ben Howland? I seem to remember a little buzz for him during a previous search (maybe the Smith cycle), winning record everywhere he's been. Been at multiple P5s and is older so maybe won't leave at the first chance he gets. Played at Weber State and coached in the West so has ties out here

Re: New Basketball Coaches

I think I like the idea of Tim Miles, but there's a poster on the MWCboard, that has given me a little pause. He's a CSU guy that does a basketball blog or podcast or something like that, but he's pretty connected to CSU basketball and know Miles pretty well here's what he's said about him As for hi...

Re: Does our ICONIC home Crowd Hurt us

Mark Zeigler had an article in the San Diego paper talking about the game, his third point he brought up was about the referees schedules, referees are independent contractors and basically try to get in as much work as possible here's what he said about the refs from the other night Higgins was wor...

The delay

Can anyone clarify WTF happened on the delay/ejections. I was at the game so I missed what was said on TV (although someone said that the TV guy butchered it) I was sitting in the corner behind SDSUs bench and as they went to time out I saw.Funk and an Aztec jawing at each other as the teams came ou...

Anyone have or saw an update on him? He was hurt on the second to last play of the game, looked like he was barely able to get into position and line up for the final play, his man quickly beat him on the play and caused the pressure that made Bonner scramble and then had to be helped off the field ...

Something kinda related to this, I saw a few months ago that Jake Heaps is also Russell Wilson's personal QB coach. I guess that helps prove the old saying "Those that can't do, teach"

Re: Defending the option

From what I've read the team has had to transition to the triple option due to necessity. They o-line isn't very good and they're QBs have taken a beating. They've lost like 4 or 5 QBs to injuries. They are planning on starting a guy that began the season as the team manager. He's had a week to work...

Yet USU never takes advantage of the 13th game every four years when they play Hawaii on the road. That could also open up some interesting scheduling opportunities. Yea why is that? I've always wondered why they wouldn't add that extra game when they have the opportunity. Any insight? I asked Gary...

Kinda Aggie Related: Calhoun to CU?

Troy Calhoun is one of two finalists for the Colorado job and I'm kinda conflicted on this. One side he's a decent coach and I think AF will be respectful and which will be good for the conference, but on the other hand he's a whiny douche so...yea https://twitter.com/CSGazetteSports/status/12301844...

I was sitting in the stands right behind Andersen and it looked like the ref was quick to call the timeout.
