Re: That 3
At very least, his run of clutch shots to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat has to be one of the best compilations in modern Aggie history. So many improbable game winners!

Re: We. Are. Not. Good.
While I know that the SMU defense contributed to some of the misses, it did not account for all of them. Hit the three even 5% better than we did tonight (which was 20% less than normal) and we win this game. Shoot it at our normal clip and we win going away. "Live by the 3, die by the 3" is a well-...

We only lose to Q4 teams. They are our kryptonite. We will lose to all Q4 teams by 3 points. Still have no idea if Q1 teams are also kryptonite, but we should soon.

We’ve gone 7+ quarters without an offensive score. Can we make it 8? When will it end?! Yes, we stink!

I’m already in Atlanta with my son and my brothers are en route, in first class on DL 985, I believe. My dad was supposed to come with us but had to cancel the trip last minute. That means we have an extra ticket to the Braves game tonight (9/2, 7:20 start), and the Aggie game tomorrow. I’m pretty s...

Re: Football Away Game Ticket Prices
I found in another thread that the USU ticket office will provide tickets to the Alabama game in either sections LL, MM, or NN. Has anyone heard which one it is or are we really going to sell enough tickets that we will be spread across 3 different sections? And do we know if it's upper or lower LL,...

Re: The Waved Off And One Bucket
I know we struggled to score, and intimately that’s why we lost. However, I only got to watch the second half, but there were many calls where one ref called it one way and the another called it the other way, and every one of those went BYU’s way. I thought the majority of 50/50 plays were supposed...

Re: They could have an excuse.
My guess is that they don't fear playing in Logan anymore, especially with only 16% of the crowd in attendance. That's still more people than the number that attend most of their WCC games on a normal year, but it's hardly intimidating.

The plan has been to have tickets available to the general public as well as students. I think things remain touch and go relative to COVID restrictions. We should hear something definitive in the next couple of days. It is helpful to the cause if we get a good turnout for the Air Force game, since...

I'm an old Aggie, but not old enough (or maybe too old...) to remember the '70-'71 team that was the last one to be ranked in the preseason polls. USU78, mcaggie, tinplater, AggiesForever, other AARP-eligible Ags: can you remember that team? Marv Roberts? Nate Williams? Did we have both that year? ...

Re: MWR: 4-8 UNLV ends up 5 in College Football Empires map
This is just a form of "last bucket wins." The only people with the possibility of having land at the end of the year are those who won their final game, and only if that game involved at least one team who had land at that point in the season. I actually find it interesting that our land, which was...

Re: If we get the full 800k buyout, are you ok with Wells leaving?
I thought Wells did a nice job this year, but before that I was very critical of him. I would prefer he stay but am confident that Hartwell will find a very good coach to replace him so I voted for a wash. I know that it's probably too early to really tell about Craig Smith, but from what I've seen...

I think we are close to a sellout Why do you think this? USU has a ticket website where you can literally see available tickets. I'd be shocked if even half of the stadium is sold at this point. Here are some screenshots of just a few sections of the stadium. The grayed out section on the east side...

KSL claiming Saturday is a sellout
KSL was definitely wrong. I've heard that the ticket office is slammed this week, but that includes gameday prep, new staff, etc., and not as much ticket sales as "slammed" would suggest. Nowhere close to a sellout. Really disappointing for the home opener in what could be a special season. Sent fro...
