Re: New QB transfer?

Well the SL Trib article says he is the replacement for Jordan Love. They do mention Colombi but it seems they think he doesn't have a chance. He's an Aggie now and I'll cheer for him either way. He seemed very quick and athletic from the very few times I've seen him play, but it's not like the U i...

Re: New QB transfer?

I am firmly stuck halfway between "This feels like a slap in the face to Colombi" and "It'd be great to get an Aggie legacy kid with pedigree back on the farm." I know that competition makes everyone better, nothing is earned, we need the best possible QB starting for us, blah blah blah. But Colombi...

I can’t imagine Colombi would want to transfer out, given that he is the heir apparent and his father speaks so highly of USU. All our offseason marketing materials have featured HC3.

BTW who's next? If I had to guess, it would be the PAC12 (Arizona has the most cases per 1,000 than any other nation/state in the world, California is 17, Utah is 20). Given Larry Scott's penchant for ineptitude, he will probably draft a memo that cancels the season and then forget to send it out u...

Cooper Jones may be small, but at least he put up mediocre numbers for a small, middling team in a state not known for its depth of football talent! Move the first 4 games to the end of the schedule. Push practice back 4 weeks also. Then reevaluate the situation. Now you've got home games in Logan (which are traditionally largely attended bringing in much needed revenue) being played in late December and January in the peak of flu season and no...

California = An unholy marriage of New York and Florida
Washington = Maine
Oregon = Connecticut
Wyoming = West Virginia (this should be obvious)
Colorado = North Carolina

We have caught Wazzu and Washington at as good a time as any. Really hoping we can split both Wazzu-UDub, and BYU-Boise. If we can go 2-2 in those four games, I think 8-4 is a real possibility. @WYO is going to be tough, as will be vsAFA.
