Re: Kent State Stats

Kent State will be a formidable opponent. One thing is you never know how motivated teams are going to be to play in a bowl game. I am hoping the Aggies are ready to play as Kent State is more than capable of winning this game if we are not prepared. I believe this is a game we should win, but ther...

Re: Weber State is in the semi-finals.

Many successful FCS coaches may be intoxicated to embrace poor judgement and a relative treasure chest of money to make the jump, yet D1 Football has and is changing before us. The job used to have some down time after the season and following spring football, but those days are gone. 40 hour coachi...

Re: Lavalle to transfer

Last paragraph from "hick" covered a lot of the problems we had during the season. ENA seems to have initiated the 4-3 in the face of enjoying 9 returning starters from the prior season. He also got routinely worked in the second half... Not a lot of confidence in his abilities as a D C.

Re: Lavalle to transfer

Mo was listed as a 2 year letterman on this seasons roster, and for some reason a very solid D lineman (6'1" 305 lb letterman) was shifted from defense to play on the "O" line. Another head scratcher and I just don't know how much more position shuffling we can absorb at Utah State.

As he should based off fit. I feel bad this kid committed to Usu and then the staff was trying to turn him into a DT.
Spot on Roy. at 5'11" and 225 lbs what shot did he even have as a down lineman. This does nothing to elevate my skepticism of the insight and abilities of D C Ena.

Sandy Utah but maintain a home in Logan with intentions to return soon enough. Season ticket holder beginning in 1980 and also a live witness to the Weber State debacle in the windy/freezing cold at Romney Stadium when we lost to the Wildcats. I salute all AGGIE fans, casual or otherwise.

Dave is making around $2.5M as a D C at LSU A few more seasons at $2.5M and he can sit back and watch the grass grow. Being an H C at a D1 school is a burden, especially now. Agree that CSU is best left to it's own currently non rewarding and inept struggles, yet with the money to create their new football stadium we should see the results of really large amounts of money in a program. Still no guarantee of athletic success, but many of the trappings of the "big leagues"...

The Potato Bowl pays twice what the Arizona Bowl offers. Arizona pays out around $400K and the Spud Bowl ponies up around $950 Large. Logistics made the Spud Bowl much more attractive than the bowl in Tucson Arizona. Money vs weather......I'll grab the cash every time I can.
