Re: Book/history on USU sports

After some searching I've discovered (as mentioned above) such a book does not exist. There are hardly even any books about USU in general (except old year books - The Buzzer). I did find/remember one history of the University (not sports specific though), if you are interested in that just put the...

Re: Book/history on USU sports

So, I did find two books - kind of. One is a thesis written in 1958 about Dick Romney and the other is this book, also about Romney, which I bought (which is almost as old). https://www.thriftbooks.com/browse/?b.search=%20dick%20romney#b.s=mostPopular-desc&b.p=1&b.pp=30&b.oos It is quite frustrating...

Re: Book/history on USU sports

I’ve struck out. I called the Athletic Department and they said nothing like this exists that they are aware of including something for media. I also called The Book Table and they had a similar response. I’m kind of surprised. Living down here in Happy Valley South, there a billion books on how “aw...

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk My neighbor graduated from USU. He was heavily involved with USU in college. He married a song leader from Cache Valley. And now? He’s a dyed-in-the-wool BYU fan and so are all of his kids. And why? Because their football team has been easier to root for. And me? ...

Either way, it's all good. Ok so in this case RM is literally return missionary. I’m an idiot. Down south, it a...

Seniority will most likely have to be a consideration. For example, if someone has had chair back seats since 1997 (the first season they were put in), it becomes hard to argue they could/should be bumped in a lottery to someone who just started buying season tickets or even someone who started buyi...

It’s hard to ref and mistakes happen. However, It was clear he wasn’t even close to the line and the ref’s view was unobstructed. Someone at USU ought to send this to the MWC and ask them to review it if for no other reason than training.

The only reason they aren't comfortable is there is absolutely no leg room. Poor design, cheap design, whatever, USU should not have approved the design. Weber got it right FWIW.

We lost another Aggie this week, Grant Parker of American Fork.

I just found out that a longtime Aggie fan from American Fork, Utah, Grant Parker, passed away this week. I always enjoyed talking to a fellow “Happy Valley South” Aggie fan at the games. Best to his wife and family.
