Re: Great Osobor
Yeah but when you have enough money like some of these schools the law doesn’t really matter. Maybe it doesn't matter to the school, but it definitely matters to Osobor, because he is the one who will be deported or arrested if he violates the terms of his visa. It was shared on the trilly Donovan ...

Booster Rules
I really don't know where to put this one, but i have a question on what is legal and what is not with boosters?? It seems like the pay to play mantra is the way things are going, but what rules are there now for boosters. I know in the past if you had players over for dinner or something similar it...

Re: Unlimited Transfers is Official
did we decide that unlimited transfer and immediate eligibility is not in season stuff!!!!???? i know someone threw out there a while ago the thought of immediate eligibility could mean someone who transfers right before conference tournaments and can play in the tournaments.

Re: Transfer Portal Palooza (Spring ball edition)
I think it's cute how many people on the board think they have a better idea than the coaches who see players in practice every day who should play in games. I watched last year's team, and many on this board noticed what I noticed which was the fact that we played the wrong players. It was sad and...

Re: Do we want any BYU Players?
and now Collin chandler is headed to Kentucky. Oh man I’ve been hearing cougar fans talk about him for what seems like 5 years When I looked up BYU recruits after Pope leaving, Chandler was a top 35 recruit in the nation. Even though he went to Kentucky instead here, it is a big win for us since BY...

Re: Referees during the tournament
Jeffrey was pretty funny when he officiated our game. he said he hasn't been out west much and the altitude was killing him. He said the first 10 min were a killer. then he settled in. he said he is going to do more west coast games next year. I did like his officiating.

Referees during the tournament
I know we have whined and complained about the refereeing during the season. But it was really interesting to see how many referee's that reffed games at the Spectrum were reffing games during the tournament. in fact if i remember right there were at least two that reffed the final four games that c...

Re: Dan Hurley is wacked out
i did see one stat about the hurley family i hadn't seen before. his dad won, not coached in but won, 26 state championships!!! that's insane. most coaches hope to coach 26years, and maybe get in the playoffs that many times, but to WIN 26, that's amazing!!!

Re: Current State of USU Basketball
Would love to see Josh stay. Assuming Mason and Josh stay that is 3 solid starters to build around. I am perplexed with Nigel. At Idaho he was the Freshman of the year and shot like 40% from 3. He obviously did not play but only a few times here and did not look great doing so. I would not be hurt ...

Re: Karson Templin
I've heard that he will be working all summer with a shooting coach to add some range to his game. It worked for Justin Bean. i talked to Sam's father in law, and he said that Sam would go to a shooting coach to get better. maybe that's what we need on staff, a shooting coach??? Hmmmm. We have that...

Last week was a lot of fun for us. my wife, i know some of you are jealous, on monday started asking if we should go to indy!! I was not very excited because of the cost of everything. We looked and found plane tickets reasonable, and then the tickets from USU were at a reasonable price, and we look...

Imagine believing that living in a valley where 65% of that valley belong to a high demand religion has no impact on keeping coaches or recruiting players. And then these same people will say statements like this are anti-Mormon. The Mormons are a peculiar people and live a life that has a lot of r...
