Re: Out Hustled and Out Coached!

If we are “out-coached” in every game we lose, does Smith out-coach every team he beats? Or does it not work that way?

Re: Out Hustled and Out Coached!

You can LOL all you want, but Miller was abused the entire game on defense. And it wasn’t just getting blown by every time, he lost his man multiple times. He shouldn’t have been guarding Alston whether injured or not. LOL. Go to bed. Geez. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Thanks, Dad, I will. Wa...

Re: Out Hustled and Out Coached!

51 second half points given up. We can’t guard a chair right now. Also if Miller is so banged up like Smith says then why the hell is he the primary defender on Alston?! It was clear from last game that Miller can’t guard him. And the last 10 minutes was just set plays to pick on Miller. We didn’t ...

Re: Queta Dunk Fest

I think we had a concerted effort to not attack the rim with guards tonight. It looked like the plan was to not clutter up the lane and bring extra defenders in to help in Queta. The plan worked to perfection and Queta had a career night. The problem was - we could not hit the broad side of a barn ...

Hate to say it

Smith said after the game that Brock was really banged up and it sounded like it was lucky he played at all. How could he be beat up ? they haven’t played in like 3 weeks! Right? I mean he’s just been sitting at home doing nothing for 3 weeks. I say we cut him!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Only thing that comes to mind is he just basically up and quit mid season. I don't know the circumstances that there were behind the decision or if he truly quit or was let go. Medved just laid a blueprint out there for the conference to see. They were able to park a guard under the hoop every time Queta caught the ball on the block and then that guard would sneak around to double. They could do this because at best we have 2 guys on the floor at a time that can make them...

To start, I don’t buy this but if it were true I would welcome it. While I prefer the MW as it sits now, college football is ultimately about money and survival. They also were able to convince a certain player to return last year instead of heading into the draft. They provided him with some extra incentive to return.
