Re: Sideline port-a-cools and heaters

Maybe teams have their own preferences with which kind of brand or style they use and they aren’t always the same as the opposing teams. You want to make your surroundings as consistent as possible.

Side note - As someone who has attended five or six games at Arena-Auditorium in Laramie, it's pretty hilarious to see one of their fans calling the Spectrum a "cracker box sh*thole of an arena" It's no Taj Mahal, but I'll take it every day over their generic, copy-and-paste, circle-shaped arena. Re: Update

Lots of basketball left. Things will get very interesting over the next few weeks. Big series ahead: USU @ BSU CSU @ Nevada SDSU @ Fresno BSU @ SDSU Nevada @ USU Mind you all of these are double headers. Any predictions? I think CSU drops one to the Pack. We’ll likely lose one or two as does Boise....

To be honest, the best thing for the MW right now might be to shut it all down while USU is in first place and don’t have a tournament. That would probably secure the most bids for the league. His shot looks better than ever. He seems like he has more arch on it. He used to shoot it more flat and used the back of the rim like it was back board. It worked but shots are dropping cleaner now and he’s also shooting from way deep.

Has anyone found a good explanation as to why Colgate is still so high up in the net rankings? They have only played 8 games and have a quad 3 loss with no wins or games in quads 1 and 2. If they don't win their conference tourney do they get in based on their net ranking? I just don't understand ho...

Re: Tonight’s game has been postponed

That’s good to hear. I guess when coach smith is being hopeful it could be that no one tests positive for either side before the game. Really every game could be considered as, “hopefully we don’t have any positive tests.” That sounds like the same scenario for the second game when Fresno played Boi...

I hope I am wrong, but Otz has a history of beating Smith, we’re on the road, and UNLV is a talented but underachieving team that’ll be up for this game. UNLV 70, USU 59. From a previous topic about Smith owning the MWC it showed he was 2-1 against UNLV in the Mtn West. Did they have previous match...

Splitting With Top Tier Teams

The silver lining I see with splitting rather than sweeping the top tier teams is that it is really difficult to beat a good team three times in one year. I think we have a really tough time beating SDSU again in the tournament if we face them, but I feel like beating CSU again would be less of a ch...

The fact that they beat SDSU on their court worries me on this one. I felt like we have a similar team to SDSU in stye of play, which means CSU probably has a winning lineup or style of play that could beat us at home too.

I think the difference will be if CSU’s 3pt guys shoot better than SDSU’s.

According to Cooterboard, Ashworth’s family were big BYU donors, he didn’t get offered by BYU, family offended and now are no longer BYU donors.
