Anyone know Sam’s total after last night’s game? Would be cool to keep a running tally somewhere for the rest of the year.
He is at 1,929 after last night
Thanks!

Re: Regressing to the mean

It could be worse. We are 14-6 in basketball and were 7-6 in football. In addition we have a potential 1st round QB and a potential NBA draft pick. Just saying it could be worse... Actually, tonight couldn’t possibly be worse. Worst meltdown I’ve ever witnessed and that’s really saying something as...

We’ve watched the same guys on the court for the last year and a half and they are among the toughest, gutsiest, hardest-working, never-say-die players I’ve ever watched at Utah State. I highly doubt that overnight they’ve just decided to quit. It’s much more likely that most of them are playing at ...

Re: Can someone please spill the beans about

Every D-1 team in America has multiple guys playing with nagging injuries. The game is played by big dudes in crowded areas, on hardwood floors. USU is blessed with a very deep team. Your guys are tough and experienced gamers. You had a tremendous clunker at UNLV but you lost to a better team who i...

I’m at my folks place and stumbled across my dad’s USU yearbook from 1965 which was the year he graduated. It was also the year Wayne Estes passed 2000 points in his career and then was tragically killed. I thought some of might enjoy the pictures and text in the yearbook. I especially love the imag...

Re: Jordan Love & Gerold Bright busted for smoking weed

When i played, if you got busted with weed, you were done - period. Now that's late 80's early 90's and I know times have changed, but I am sure there isn't anywhere in the USU athletics handbook on conduct that says a "little weed" possession is cool. That said, the kids deserve a fair shot in cou...

I should have looked into ETS a little closer before I posted what I did. I was reacting to a headline about LSU losing a “buy game” at home and didn’t know they were substantially better than I had supposed. Name bias at work. My bad.

But I’m not someone who thinks recreational pot smoking is a good idea. I don’t and wouldn’t encourage it. I just think this was a huge over-...
