Re: This looks fun
This is going to be a really unpopular football opinion, but I don’t like watching/playing football in the rain/snow/cold. Don’t like how weather can impact the game.

Explain the Reasoning
Can someone explain the reasoning behind the BIG10 & PAC-12 moving to conference-only games? Why can an in-conference team go play at Ohio State, but can't play Bowling Green? Why can they play Michigan but not Central Michigan? Northern Illinois? Ball State? UCLA can go play Utah but can't play San...

I know he's polarizing but said on his show the other day that he thinks Jordan Love will be taken at 7 and had lots of praise for him.

Re: Anybody else love the neutral court?
I am fine with neutral court games when teams on different sides of the country meet. Playing a neutral site game for an in-state game is dumb.

Hearing Conflicting Facts
Question: Once a player declares for the NFL draft, can they withdraw if they don't hire an agent, don't get a good draft grade, etc.? Obviously you're allowed to test the waters in the NBA but I've read different "facts" on how it works in the NFL. The way I have read and understood the rule is you...

We Might Not Even Make A Bowl
Assuming we lose to Boise State and beat New Mexico, we need to beat either Wyoming or Fresno, which I think are both toss-ups.

Love looked great last night, but his decision making is questionable at times. With 3 picks (should have been 4), what can he do differently?

Re: Aggie legends podcast with David Collette is up
RE: Collette's timing He mentioned how he thought that had he played in the exhibition games, he would lose 2 years of eligibility instead of 1. This turned out not to be the case, but it adds some perspective as to why he left early. Obviously there are two sides to every story, but it really sound...

Agreed... Also, is there any way that the team could have more chartered flights? Only if we charter the women's team too. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk That’s crap. Sorry ladies, but the men’s team actually generates revenue and attention for the university while the women’s team is a net...

Who has the inside scoop
Correct me if I'm wrong on this, but reports are that Nevada players were super pissed after the game and we're headed to the Aggie locker room. I guess Nevada coaches were pissed and thought that players were touched as students stormed the court. Who has the inside scoop on what happened? https://...

I don't understand how anyone could not keep up with their academics. You take 12 credits of easy classes, normally all online, and professors are incredibly flexible with athletes. I get it that you're busy, but passing college classes is not difficult.

Re: Bowl game cancelled
It’s still storming in Dallas as per the internet. But, couldn’t they have played tomorrow? Or moved kickoff to an earlier time? I don’t think a weather cancellation should be on the heads of the bowl. But at the same time, I’m not sure the bowl excercised reasonable diligence in rescheduling. The w...

Future Bowl Options
Almost all of us can agree that Thompson has got to do a better job at scheduling quality bowl games. There are two things I'd like to see together: -Warm Weather -As many P5/AAC opponents as possible For those who understand better than me how bowl tie-ins work, what could be done to put the confer...

I asked this in chat last night and did some research but couldn't find anything. Do we have any players with a legit shot at getting drafted? If not, who would you consider has the best chance to land on an NFL roster?

The Biggest Detriment
The biggest detriment to this program is the inability to win big games. I'm not talking about bowl games where we play an average G5 team, but how we never beat our scheduled P5 opponents, beat Boise once in a blue moon, etc.

Biggest game in program history?
Would you all consider this the biggest game in program history to-date? Excluding games that we won/lost that turned out to be turning points after the fact (Utah 2012, BYU 2014, BSU 2015, etc.).

Re: We aren’t even on the power rankings list
This is like from basketball a few years ago where we ranked like #17 at the end of the season but ended up with a 12 seed in the tournament. The only time I've seen a team not seem happy when the selection committee reveals the brackets.

NY6 Odds
Assuming we win out, what are our odds at making a NY6 game? We probably need UCF to lose, but they still have to play Cincinnati who is 8-1 and USF who isn't bad. I saw one website that had us in the potato bowl and one that had us in the New Mexico bowl. After the season we've had, going to one of...

The difference between Love and Meyers
I've finally been able to pinpoint the main difference between why Jordan Love is successful and Kent Meyers wasn't: Jordan Love makes every simple throw. He doesn't under throw or over throw receivers < 10 yards away. This is a major reason why think he has been so great. Even our bubble screens ha...

Re: One Last Attendance Post
I think that logic only works if we were consistently selling the stadium, which we aren’t. By this same logic, if a team’s stadium only held 10,000 fans, but had 9,000 average attendance, then they would have the best attendance in the conference. I'm not really sure what your argument is. The ove...

One Last Attendance Post
I know everyone is probably sick of this topic after this past week, but I did just a little research and found something pretty interesting. In terms of how much we fill up our stadium percentage-wise, we were only behind Boise State last season. Definitely not as bad as some on this board make it ...

Re: KSL claiming Saturday is a sellout
This may be beating a dead horse, but these are the reasons I see: 1. We have the third biggest program in a relatively small state. The amount of media coverage we get outside of Cache Valley is incredibly small. This is just how things are. To the people who cite examples of huge programs with sel...
