He was the 3rd most talented QB in the room at the start of spring. He’s a competitor but I don’t think we will miss much This... The QB competition was intense and the Iowa transfer looks to be in line for the starting job. I'd be much more concerned if we didn't have as much depth in that positio...

Gentlemen! Make your way over to Cougar Board, this is gonna be a classic!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I did and you know what? BYU fans are surprisingly taking this pretty well. He seems prime for UNLV. Plus Lebron loves Vegas. UNLV likes getting these type of players.

When will his salary be announced? What are the numbers? 5 year deal, $625k base salary with a $25k raise each year. $300k in annual media rights. Sprinkle was $900k last year with media rights and was set to move to $925k this year so it looks like we're picking up where we left off. What’s the bu...

There are theoretical arguments against NIL. Do I wish the NCAA would have pulled its head out of its (I can't express myself without swearing) sooner and put some guardrails on this stuff when it had a chance rather than go all in on amateurism? 100%. After the press conference on Monday, the next major work to witness is how many players he can keep from our current roster. It'd be awesome if he can keep everybody, but that may be a tough ask. However, pretty excited about this hire. Even though he was truly a cloak and dagger hire. I didn't rea...

I'm going to hold off judging on this occasion especially since USU hit three straight times. I didn't think the last three coaches would be as successful as they were. Re: Interesting Blue A Collective Article
Contracts are going to be needed. If the NIL money being given to an athlete is tied to a years, games played, etc. If they are being treated as a professional athlete then they shouldn't be able to hit free agency every year unless they are signing 1 year agreements. All of that requires congressi...

Osobor's only tie with USU was the coach. He's the most likely guy gone with Sprinkle. It's a shame but it is what it is. The transfer portal giveth and the transfer portal giveth away. It's going to go against us here, but then again the transfer portal has been kind to USU as of late.

I hope we win more than 1 in 5. Like ideal would be a lot more wins in March over the next 5 years. This season surpassed expectations, but it would help to have seeds that were higher than 8. It will take a lot, but we ran into the team that was considered the top overall seed until they lost in t...

I do agree with this. It's going to be different from this time forward.Aggiesbleedblue wrote: ↑March 24th, 2024, 2:56 pmWe won’t. We aren’t in the WAC or Big West anymore. We will be a 7-10 seed each time we make the tournament. I think we can start winning more regularly and hopefully get to a Sweet 16 soon!

At the very least 1 win in 10 years, but 1 in 5 years would be ideal.

I love the video, but irregardless of how great the spectrum and the tradition at USU are, money usually always wins over loyalty and tradition. I hope Sprinkle is an exception, but I won't hold my breath.

The longer it takes to sign an extension and the longer it takes for Washington to get there guy, then the more likely Sprinkle will be in Washington next year. I think last night was a bigger statement for USU. For me last night was number 1 by a considerable margin. I felt really good after first half because we were playing hungry and in control, but when Isaac Johnson was going off, and Falslev was making steals and being all over the place, and the nail in the coffin when Darius Brown hit that between half court and three point line three point shot. Good feeling this morning and thought
We have been pretty spoiled as a fan base in the last 5 years of good moments. These three events come to mind: 1. NCAA tournament win against TCU last night. 2. USU football conference title in 2021 in a banner MW year topped off with a bowl win against a good Oregon State team. 3. The Sam Merrill ...

I felt good after the first half, but seeing Isaac Johnson just going off, Falslev being all over the place getting steals, and the final nail when Darius Brown hit that between half court and three point line shot. When he drained that I was like, we're not losing this game.

I'm just so glad that Danny brought us a win with the possibility of going to sweet 16 if he could pull it off. Interesting to note that for the announcers it was, USU hasn't won for 10 straight times They could have talked about the low seeding in the past or when you are under seeded like USU has been it is hard to win. Or go over the stats: Overall, USU has been listed as an eighth seed twice (2019, 2024)...
