Played great with Miller out

Don't know the exact stats, but when Miller was on the bench in the 2nd half, we went on a huge run and they never came back! We were moving the ball, not forcing up shots, and playing smart. I hate to say it, but I think Miller should stay on the bench and play very limited minutes. Even though Por...

I have a feeling this guy is going to be something special! I have a feeling he could be our top WR the next few years. Gonna be a big target....literally!

Re: Why?

Wow. I saw they were up by 6 or so and assumed they would pull it out.

However, it hurts us more when BYU loses as they keep dropping further down the bubble and NET with more losses.

But I see where you are coming from. I will never be angry when the zoobies drop a game, especially by choking.

Re: Jordan Love - Senior Bowl

North Team (Jordan's team) wins 34-17. It was a bit frustrating though since Love was not able to showcase his talent as much. He had the least amount of throws for any quarterback. Overall, I think the Senior Bowl really helped Love, specifically in practices. Most scouts watching would understand ...

Re: Jordan Love - Senior Bowl

Just came back in the 4th qtr with 7 or so min. left. First play was a flea flicker, the guy deep.was doubled with safety so JL went outside for 11 yards. Next play was run and RB fumbled....not much time left now. Had a nice run to pickup a 1st down on 3rd down. Hopefully he can get another pass o...

Hopefully they let JLove sling it a little in the 4th even with a 14 pt lead by Team North. They need to let Love get some throws. He has only thrown it 4 times. I want some deep balls!

Yep, I was just going to post something on LSU. They got another big win in the SEC-BIG12 showcase at Texas! No matter what happens, we have a darn good win to brag about. May be our best win in the past several seasons. The only other game I would compare it to is probably winning vs Nevada at home...

Re: Jordan Love - Senior Bowl

He had a deep ball that if the wide receiver would have flattened out his route a little he would have had a big completion. Honestly, I don't think the play calling really allowed Jordan to do much. The moment they took him out, they had Shea Patterson throw a wheel route that went for 65 or so ya...

Re: Jordan Love - Senior Bowl

How did he do? I don't have the NFL Network. He played 2 drives. He was 2/4 for 15 yards passing. He also had like a 6 yard run but called back because of holding. He had a nice 40 yd deep ball but Denzil Mims from Baylor was a just a foot or so too slow. Patterson of Michigan is playing now and th...

Jordan Love - Senior Bowl

Senior Bowl about to kick off at 12:30 pm MT! The announcer just said Jordan Love probably has the most at stake in this game.....wow! Talk about pressure! Announcers said the coaches plan on starting Jordan Love and play him through the 1st quarter! Then they hope to put him back in the 4th quarter.

Re: Jordan Love Analysis

The Senior Bowl is huge for Love. He can really improve his stock. I'll say that if he really kicks a$$? He'll have a legit shot at the second round. Otherwise he stays in the 3-4 range. Only reason I don't think he has a shot at the first round is that too many people have said he a little rough a...

Just think how much better our chances would be to win the Mountain division year in and year out without Boise. We would actually be able to make the conference championship.

We may need to beat SDSU at least once to get consideration. Yes! I think we may have a better chance of making the tournament if we win out including @ SDSU, but then drop a regular season game to either UNM or CSU @ their place. Then, lose in the conference championship to SDSU or the #4 team. We...

If we win every single game except @SDSU and then lose in the conference championship to SDSU I give us a decent shot at making the ncaa tournament. Yep. I think that is why we have such a high chance of making the tournament. With the way we have been recently playing with Queta playing well the l...

I wouldn’t switch anything up. Abel has done a pretty good job handing the ball this season and does good against the press. It was mainly Brito and even Sam that had some careless turnovers at the end of that game. He has also become a more 3 point threat this season. If anything he should shoot t...

Surprising that this happened. I've always found Boise fans to be passionate supporters of their team, but really great to be around. When the truck on down here, or when I've made my way up there, I've not had a negative interaction with their fans, and I might have deserved it a time or two. Gran...

There seemed to be quite a few people at the game. People always seem to complain on attendance. Here is Todd McShay from the ESPN+ article. Jordan Love, Utah State Team: North | QB ranking: 6 My early impression is that Love stands to benefit from this week as much as anyone else on the field.
