Re: Conference next year
This is all assuming coach smith is the leading candidate for the Minnesota job. Who knows if he’ll be a candidate at all. Based on Minnesota’s last hire, they’re looking for flash. Coach smith doesn’t provide that, although he’s most certainly be a better coach than whomever they hire.

Re: Marco Anthony's defense is great, but his scoring against the top of MWC has been bad.
I like Marco's game. I think he can get to the rim as well as any guard we've ever had. His shot looks bizarre, and I'm never surprised when it doesn't go in. I think he's good defensively, but I'm not a great defensive analyst. Overall, I think he's a good player and starter for our team. If he cou...

Conference next year
We had 5 solid teams this year with 4 in consideration for at-large bids. New Mexico is getting a new coach and has the potential. UNLV seems to be trending upward (but we'll see as they never fail to disappoint). While the top 5 teams will continue to play well, with Nevada hopefully figuring thing...

Agree we’ll win out.
Disagree the ncaa wouldn’t call. I think Queta is one of the most exciting players in the ncaa this year. I think people want us in this year.

I hope we’re adding games that are at least Q2. Less than that doesn’t help a ton.

Re: Looking ahead to next year
IF Smith sticks around next year, he better be begging for Fonz to come back so they can play small ball. Dorius is not a starting center in the MW right now. Dorius would be a fine starting center. The game is all about guards anyway. Queta is nice to have, but he won’t carry us like Sam did. Our ...

Re: Next week
I think Boise and SDSU can just make a move like the wcc and opt out of the tournament. It would basically be down to Nevada, CSU, and USU.
I’m not up to date tho, has the wcc finalized their plan for byu and Gonzaga to not play? Had the ncaa said anything?

Anderson and 3's
It seems Anderson always hits a big 3 down the stretch of important games to put as ahead, but we end up losing every one of those games. I don't care about my argument to go look this up, but it's something I've noticed this season. Someone needs to do the footwork for me. I've gotten conditioned t...

I need someone with the time and motivation to figure out the USU to Utah historical budget ratio for football. They have more dollars now, but so do we. Is there a bigger disparity in percentage difference?

Re: Mrs Duryea
Would moving the game potentially turn this into a quad 2 neutral site game? If so, why would we agree to give up 2 quad 1 road games to help Boise? I didn't think of that, give up a quad 1 game for a quad 2 in order to give us the disadvantage of Boise fans in the stadium? Although, it might still...

Re: Aggies got a vote in the AP poll.
I think Voters try to be unbiased, at least somewhat. As a straight up aggie fan, I wouldn’t have voted us into the top 25 this week. 2 wins against Boise and I’d start to seriously consider it.

Ute perspective: After bragging about how damned amazing I am, last thing I can afford is a smaller school beating me. Especially one that is really motivated to kick my (I can't express myself without swearing). I have to play some smaller schools for my schedules sake, but I'm not adding an extra...

Re: Update
To be honest, the best thing for the MW right now might be to shut it all down while USU is in first place and don’t have a tournament. That would probably secure the most bids for the league. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk It would probably keep CSU out of the tournament, which is too bad sinc...

and yet can remember after being reminded what it is like to not be able to watch all of our away games in both sports, and have to listen to the radio, when we couldn't just find a stream of every football and basketball away game, or home games we couldn't make it to? When games against Utah and ...

We the recent cancellations, we will have played one game in February and then have to face Boise State in Boise. Man this sucks. No tune-up games. We've had 20 tune up games over the past three months. Rest up and get ready to get a couple wins in Boise. Couldn't have come at a better time, I think.

Reeder didn’t quit. He would never abandon his players like that. Especially in a season like the one we had with Covid. He was cut off from the team and then ousted by a couple of toxic and opportunistic coaches while he was out with Covid. He’s a bright young offensive mind that was forced to try...

I think that the Packers have a formula for developing QBs that you don't change. Jordan we be great when he time comes. I don't follow the Packers. Who are the QBs the current staff has developed? Have they developed any QBs in the past 10 years who are now starting in the NFL? I think they basica...
