Re: Prima Donna support group

If Boise State were to leave the conference, the extra money that they leave behind can then be distributed throughout the remaining schools and allow them to use the newly acquired funds to raise the level of their programs. Well the TV contracts would probably have to be negotiated and we wouldn'...

Re: Prima Donna support group

The fact is, we are the only other viable football conference out west after the PAC12. We need to start acting like it. If Boise wants to go kill themselves financially in the AAC, or kill themselves literally in independence, let them go. But if they have a big dropoff in football, they likely won...

Re: Three tickets and a parking pass vs AF - Free

I think this level negativity is just around the die-hard fans. People will probably keep attending as long as we keep winning at home for now. This team is fun to watch. Crappy games happen. Keep a level head and enjoy the game.

Re: Status of Kuba?

The old thread on this topic doesn't seem to provide any real insight into Kuba's ongoing stretch riding the pine. Has his effort/attitude really been so poor that he has been relegated to only four total minutes of PT in the last three games, including a DNP against Nevada? Or is he still recoveri...

I like Abel and I like his game. With Quinn gone he has became the new favorite whipping boy of several of all y’all. I'm not trying to make fun of him, I just thought it was funny that the photos were so close in resemblance. While we're talking about it, I think Porters done great this year in a ...

Merrill Eye

I missed the first couple of minutes of the game, so what happened to Merrill’s eye? I have to assume he back-talked his wife and she had to teach him a lesson; soccer players in the US are known to do that. But seriously, anyone know what happened?

With the boost in tv revenue, do we potentially decrease our money games in favor of home-home with low-tier P5 or AAC teams? Not saying we get rid of them completely, but maybe not every year.

Smith better look in the mirror before he makes comments about other people. He looks disengaged. Teams take on the personalities of the coach, right? Those kids might be reflecting his attitude. Smith took responsibility in the interview as well, just like he always does. I don't think Smith has l...

That's a nice deal. I think the 6 year thing is good, unless the economy goes south in 5 years. If the economy is good though, we could likely renegotiate for substantially more per year.

We should just let every team play af and SJSU once, then make af and SJSU play home and away 9 times or something. You could substitute af with wyo I suppose, but that would help the strength of schedule. Not even kidding.

Yeah, this dude is a clown, but I cheer for SDSU in every game out of conference, just like all MW teams. Right now the MW looks like a 2 bid league. SDSU is a pretty solid lock. USU and UNM still have work to do, although USU is probably closer. Utah is not a bubble team at this point and likely wo...

Actually pleasantly surprised to see 5 mountain west teams in the top 100. Unfortunately the bottom of the league sucks, but whatever. Our schedule is strong enough we could lose a few games and still likely get another at-large.

That should push up his rebound per game average a bit. That isn't how many rebounds he actually got. He got 14. This is an extrapolation of IF he had played all 40 minutes at the same rate of scoring, rebounding, etc. as his actual playing time (18 minutes). Tbh though, considering the competition...

Down 1 with 6 seconds left, SDSU wins on a 3 59-57 Bummer. Wow, that is sad. Aztecs may take our spot in the rankings this week. They are undefeated.
