Bowling green best player in portal

I'm all for bringing in talent. I will say, he's a guard that shoots less than 29% from 3 and less than 45% from the floor. He also has a 1:1 turnover to assist ratio. It's hard to project if a high volume low efficiency guy can play on a winning team. I didn’t look that close at his numbers. I wou...

He will make a great 6th man for the Huskies. All-season long: we're such a great team! These players are awesome! P5 is overrated and we could beat many P5 teams. When players enter the portal: what pathetic hacks. They're gonna ride the bench for a P5 team. Both things can be true, they’re great ...

I don’t know how I’d feel about Hill.Id be warn to the idea if he can retain the core of the team and maybe Haslem if he doesn’t go with Sprinkle. If we do hire Hill it needs to be a short contract with lower pay than Danny was making. If he proves himself in the first year or two, then offer a more...

Hard to tell why a player is leaving. 1) Could be leaving because he really likes Simon and knows Simon is on the way out 2) Because he doesn’t like Simon and will consider staying if Simon leaves 3) Is testing the waters to see how much $$$$ major programs will offer 4) or several other reasons…. Brother Bovee didn’t do his home teaching and wasn’t very honest in his dealings.

Danny was vocal about it by the second month he was here.

Hope those charter flights to New Jersey and Maryland are fun! I guess it would be a lot more enjoyable than all the Olympic sport athletes that do it commercially.

Air Force and SJSU are destined to be eternal bottom feeders in the conference in this new NIL/Transfer Portal era. Every other team has a decent fan base and some history for hoops. Air Force was always at a disadvantage and that disadvantage is even worse now. SJSU just doesn’t have any support at...

Head Coaches that we should consider

Top Choice: Henderson from South Dakota State would be a good fit. If he could bring a few players with him such as Mayo and Kyle, that would be excellent, although I've got to think Mayo may have some level offers. 2nd: Kowalczyk (Tol): the guy builds winning programs and not just a winning team. ...

One other name that is intriguing is Ben McCollum. Uber successful DII coach at NW Missouri State. He's surfaced on lists for Oklahoma State, Drake, and some other programs that are in the market. Would prefer someone who has proven experience at D1 but McCollum wouldn't be the worst idea. https://e...

I’d like to add Steve Lutz from Western Kentucky. The guy has a great pedigree and been tutored by some great ones (Painter, McDermott,….). Could be a year or two too soon but by then the P6’s will be after him.

One thing we have going for us is that we are not the media darling or trendy upset pick this year like in most years past. Not many are expecting us to win, just ask Joe Lunardi. I'm really interested to see how Petra adjusts to BA's system. If our Oline can step up and protect the QB, Petras has the arm, smarts, and ability to really make this offense hum. He’d also get the TE’s involved like we haven't seen in years. With his arm, experience, and at 6'5", he has the abilit...

Thought this was an interesting game preview article. This writer picks USU and seems to think USU was playing better ball than TCU at the end of the season. Says, once you take away the top scorer on each team, USU has more contributors than TCU. https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/other/utah-state-vs...

Especially without Mason playing today. That is a big loss. I just hope they can get through today.

Is Bradley not a Q2 loss? Or does that count as Q1? Also, are we Q1? How come Bradley is showing 0 Q1 wins in that case? :headscratch: Since it was at Bradley, we'd need to be top 30 NET for them to get a Q1, which could still happen. Bradley only needs to be top 75 NET for them to count as Q1 for ...

Crazy swing in the second half from being down 11. And that #20 kid, Ford, for the Cats was everywhere. Announcer described him as ‘tougher than a pine knot.’ Let me guess, Joe Cravens? Aaron Johnston at South Dakota State would be a great get but after 24 seasons there and tons of success, I’m not sure he’d leave considering he hasn’t left yet despite all his success.
