Re: This HC search is tighter than a puppy’s butt hole

I really hope that we're not seriously considering Kenny Dillingham the risk reward is to high for someone with very little coaching experience in my imho I don’t understand why it is so important for someone to be young. Like most professions it is beneficial to have experience when being the ceo....

Players don't and shouldn't be making the decision. That is in no way meant to disparage or disrespect their opinion.
If I asked my sales teams who they'd like to be their boss, 7/8 times they'd make a catastrophic decision.

Isn’t Frank making like 3X what Jay Hill is making? I don’t think Weber could afford him.

Re: Coaching Candidates

Leipold may have his sites set on the BigTen but he may follow the Urban Myer path by going from the MAC to the MWC to a P5 job. I have no doubt the guy can coach. Just wonder about fit and if he could recruit to Logan, or if he’d embrace the formula that GA and Wells proved works at USU. I think M...

Pretty tight lipped. I've heard some of the young and sexy that have interviewed, but I've also heard something else that will surprise a lot of people on here . Nothing is done until it's done, we'll know soon enough. Oooohhh... My guesses: 1. Contrary to reports, Todd Orlando actually loved Logan...

Warren will go and be injured 50% of the time on someone else's roster. I loved his potential, but not heart broken. I don't see how the little schools survive this age of the transfer portal though. I think a small school like ours will benefit from P5 athletes that aren't getting on the field, mo...

Re: Am I crazy to think that was some very good play calling?

Yes I think a lot of us looking and playing better on offense hinged on Peasley actually knowing how and then making the correct decision on the RPO. Each time he played it, he read the defense and hadn’t made up his mind in the huddle. Then, I can’t think of one time he made the wrong call. Kid is ...

Re: Am I crazy to think that was some very good play calling?

I know many here are indifferent to Frank but he has had to make some pretty ballsy tough decisions but I think it will pay off especially in the long run. Having Shram calls plays was one of them. Also a bunch of young guys getting experience. I know it’s only New Mexico but it still gives me hope...

Yeah maybe.
We just need an identity.

Seems reasonable to me. I think we do beat the 20 point spread based on the fact that two of the locker room cancers are gone. That + a certain Mr. Legas, who has the "it" factor. I think that could really rally the troops. Not saying we win, but I think it's a bit closer than people think it will ...
