Re: Bag check policy

I saw KC Smurthwaite at the game. He was obviously very concerned about how the bag check policy was being received, and seemed pretty focused on how quickly it was going. I wonder if this will kind of end up being a soft start for the policy and they'll get a little more particular once they feel ...

We have currently 6 Juniors on the team. With all the JC transfers added to the team, basically half the team are Juniors.

Anyways to my original question does anybody know the status of Hartwell's contract? I think we need to extend him for what he has done.

Re: Those of you near a sportsbook

Bet BIG on Kentucky over Auburn. Auburn just lost their best player to an ACL. And keep in mind, we're talking about basketball where one player is a much bigger blow than one football player. Kentucky may even cover 4 with the guy available, but they are going to blow that away with him out! Of co...

The real extension conversation

We all are talking about extending Smith. Does anybody know what Hartwells contract looks like? I know we and I have been very critical in the past but in my opinion he has us on track. He has hired coaches well and placed us to be competitive in all sports. We have momentum and I think the AD are t...

So next week you should be able to lock in somewhere and move your seats at seat selection. I guess this is why the urgency to renew is happening because they...

#19 is actually a NCAA violation in a way. I brought this up to AD peeps. It gets sticky with HS aged students. Ways around it but can't do it at utst.

Re: Smith extension and raise

A couple of thoughts here 1) Title IX doesn't need to be exact, in fact, it's more general guidance. The balance between coaching pay for M/W isn't the exact same. It wants an institution to look and be active in helping women's teams be competitive.. 2) Smith won't sign a big deal nor extension. Th...

I agree but I think 7 is too high and 10 is too low. 8, 9s are usually for non-bubble teams that have a good record.

I've been told by multiple people that regardless of where the Aggies go they will sellout of the allotment. Beyond their A Blue donors and current donors it won't happen. Doubt anything goes beyond current donors.
