Just for fun, I go back every now and then and watch the 2020 MWC Championship against SDSU. Late in the first half Queta posts up on the low block and spins baseline for a layup. Two points. However, it is waved off as the ref, standing right on top of the play, calls him for stepping on the basel...

Hometown interview, with some good stuff. They speak specifically about his eligibility and plans. Bean says he hasn't finalized anything yet, but it certainly sounds like he's leaning towards not using his additional availability. Re: Craig Smith - The gift that keeps on giving

The one thing about the critique of Smith's recruiting that I don't get is the continued implication that Queta "fell in his lap". He brought Peterson from USD who was largely responsible for landing a once in a generation post player and then that staff developed him into an NBA draft pick. Sam di...

One game a season does not make. He needs to string about 10 more games like last night together for me to change my mind. I completely agree. I said the same thing about Shulga as well and would agree with it as it pertains to RJER. We need to see consistent play from him before he has “made it”. ...

I'm pretty sure someone could blindfold me and put me on the 3 point line and I could make 1 of 20. For guys on a scholarship to shoot that bad is ridiculous. Hopefully they get recruited over. I can't knock Odom for recruiting this year. It was mess and Smith knew it as he left. I honestly think that was his reason for leaving.
