Just came back in the 4th qtr with 7 or so min. left. First play was a flea flicker, the guy deep.was doubled with safety so JL went outside for 11 yards. Next play was run and RB fumbled....not much time left now.

I see a lot of teams getting better next year - even more improvement than we have seen this year league wide. As for the Aggies, I'm not convinced we are keeping pace. I like coach Smith's energy and the way he gets his players to play for him but I'm tired of being the "plucky, hard working, funda...

We have the ugly seats discussion at least once every year. An upgrade is not happening anytime soon without a new arena. I suspect that once you rip out all of the seats you'll have to bring it up to code. And as anyone who has say in a Spectrum seat could tell you, the Spectrum is way too physica...

He isn't a good 3 pt shooter. He just isn't. There's no other way to say it. He is well below average for all college basketball players. We have enough of a sample size by now to stop saying he is in a slump and start just calling it like it is. He might get hot once in a blue moon, but those rare...

I wonder how much our coaching staff is into these advanced stats? I have to believe most coaching staffs these days are well aware and look at them often, but I wonder how many let the stats influence or dictate the personnel they have on the court? I think they are a good tool to understand trends...

Bairstow must be extremely frustrated at this point. Coach must have no confidence in him to keep rolling out Britto and Miller despite how awful they are playing.. If I was him, I would be worried about next year as well because currently the coach must see huge holes in his game to not be playing...

I let myself buy into the preseason and early season hype. I'm done now. I am so glad I didn't because I think I would feel the exact same way. Smith is not disengaged. He was halfway on the court half the time vs SDSU. 1. Noticed last year after someone went to the floor the other 4 guys would run over and help him up. Every time. Not seeing that as much this year. 2. Shooting has been ice cold. The key wing players have shot 30% from the...

Good info. ChicAggie! This is further evidence that Anderson should see more PT. A roster shake up sparked the run. Does this year’s team need a shake up? Should Bairstow or Anderson or Bischoff get their chance to play over other veterans? This is a good point. After Bairstow came in and hit that three against SDSU I thought he would see more time. He seems pretty aggressive a...

I do find it interesting that coach lets Miller play through quite a bit of failure and yet Anderson gets 0 PT in the 2nd half after a short stint on the court in the 1st. He can't impact the game if he's not our there. He just seems to have a smaller window for error than others for some reason. We...

Perhaps a stretch but he reportedly was interested in the HC job here before it was handed to GA. I really can't see Gary surrounding himself with anyone outside of his trusted inner-circle though.
