Re: Whatever happened to......

I honestly think Sam is in the NBA because Koby left. I honestly think we won back 2 back MW championships because Koby left. I think the combination of firing Duryea, hiring Smith, and bringing in Neemias Queta had more to do with it. Not sure I agree on the Back to Back, that is from Smith and Qu...

Re: Worst Craig Smith Team

Whoa! Eight or something freshman and we lost an NBA player and some really good supporting starters. Yeah, we looked bad, but clearly coach was using this tournament to educate and season players and to find a good starting and sub rotations. You had to have seen all the line-up and rotational cha...

I love Frank and wish there were someway to ensure he would be a part of the future staff without making him the HC. I think the three things that hurt him most are his performance as a coordinator, his lack of coaching contacts to fill a well rounded and qualified staff, and really having no recrui...

It looks like I am in the minority on McElwain. I was never impressed with the job he did at CSU and never got the impression he was building anything long term there. Pretty tight lipped. I've heard some of the young and sexy that have interviewed, but I've also heard something else that will surprise a lot of people on here . Nothing is done until it's done, we'll know soon enough. Oooohhh... My guesses: 1. Contrary to reports, Todd Orlando actually loved Logan...

Re: Magalei and Warren officially in transfer portal

I think some of Warren's health issues is his running style. He doesn't shy away from contact. He takes a pounding and it begins to add up. Exactly this. He runs with such violence that he gives and takes lots of big hits that add up to take a toll on his body. He also fights for every last inch on...

Re: Malagei and Warren officially in transfer portal

Wish them both luck in the future unless they transfer to BYU or Utah. I won't be shocked when Jaylen lands at either school. I would be fairly surprised if he transferred to Utah. There is little, to no chance, he becomes a featured back and would most likely be a situational back. The only way I ...

San Diego St. looked amazing, even better than last year. They are big and athletic, agressive on both ends, and have shooters everywhere....everything we are not (well I suppose we have height but we just saw how a smaller more athletic team can make us look like we are the smaller team).

I love coach Marshall! Of course that is heavily influenced by his remarks when WSU came to Logan as part of BracketBusters in 2010.

Here's his comments on the The Spectrum and the Aggie Student Section I saved from their post game show:

I wondered the same thing flying_scotsman2.0 but when you look at each situation, they have their reasons that make sense for them. I can see the rationale. You need a touchdown and a field goal. If you don't want to onside kick, get the 3 as soon as possible. You then have plenty of time to kick deep, hold them (even gives you a cushion if you give up a first down), get a punt deep on your half, and drive the length of the fie...
