Re: Who should be our next head coach!
Is Chris Mack out of our league? He supposedly wants to coach again. He's not really from this part of the country but if he wants to launch back in? Perhaps he could land a bigger gig but the open P4 jobs are all but filled now.

Re: Interesting Blue A Collective Article
That article highlights an interesting tension that I hadn't considered for the people running the collective -- they of course want to run out and offer Mason and Isaac a bunch of money to stay, but they don't want to do that only for the new coach to come in with different ideas for the roster. R...

Re: Sprinkle's (possible) replacements
I’m tired of the language of losers. After seeing how things panned out with Odom, it’s crystal clear he just didn’t get how hardcore the MWC is. It was all over his recruiting game. He didn’t push us where we needed to go. Danny saw it, but that’s history now. We’re on the lookout for a real game ...

Re: TAMPERING
Sprinkles leaving us was one of the worst-kept secrets in modern college sports, hell we were even interviewing prospects before the tourney even started. No doubt he's been "interviewing" his prospective "employees" at UDub. Sprinkle has recently admitted publicly that he was talking with Washingt...

Re: Gordon Monson on Sprinkle and College Coaches
I love the comment on that article that asks why USU can't come up with the money to retain their coaches while Utah and BYU can. LMAO. It's completely lost on that person that no one wants the mediocre coaches at either of those places. If someone with deeper pockets came along and wanted them, the...

I don't think he gives a damn if he let any of us down. I don't believe he gave a damn about anything Aggie related from the time he set foot on campus. He may have appreciated the history and success and standard that had been set but that is about it. I give him credit for bringing the 2 best play...

I almost feel bad for our next coach. There isn't a fan I know that will believe or care about a single word that comes out of their mouth when they arrive.

Re: Sprinkle to Washington
Sprinkle was a hard guy to read. At first, he seemed like a very likable guy because he didn't talk in "coach speak" with the same generic one-liners we have come to expect. He told it straight and appeared to be genuinely happy to be the next part of this place with so much basketball tradition and...

Re: Sprinkle to Washington
This happened so fast it really has me questioning his coaching performance in that Purdue game. Made some serious WTF moves. Sure, let's run the offense through Burris and Templin, I'm headed to Washington, who gives a sh*t! Fast? The agreement was already in place prior to ever even leaving for t...

Al Lewis stepping away
Al Lewis announcing today on Aggie Call that this is it for him and that it is time for him to step away from Aggie coverage moving forward. For many of us, he will always be the voice of the Aggies. Sad to see the end of an era. Also sad that Al got word during the post game show that his sick moth...

What a collapse! That was embarrassing for the MWC after having such a huge lead. Nevada looked completely lost on offense for the last 7 min. Guys taking shots they had no business taking, dribbling it off their foot, making horrid in bounds decisions....blech!

They have TV's and network television on planes now? sorry, haven't flown in a while... First time I saw this was I think 2013 on jetblue, so it must have been a long while. Re: First four Question
If USU were to win a First Four game, I would consider that a win in the tournament. As we should. We'd be paid for it the same as all the other tourney games. In fact, I haven't heard anyone refer to it as a 64 team tournament for years now. It is always talked about as a 68 team tournament. When ...

Re: Sprinkle's (possible) replacements
I still have the thought that Kyle Smith gets hired away by a bigger P5 and DS still ends up in Washington - just not at the school we thought.
For the record, I don't think either UW or WSU are better programs than what he would leave in USU.

After falling to the Buffaloes. Coach Smith, looked MISERABLE on the sidelines. Grass isn't always greener. Don't think he would have won at USU long-term. Best for the program that he moved on Interesting thought. He was the perfect coach at the time to breathe some much needed energy into the pro...

All I could think about when watching Murray go on and on about Nevada in his tourney breakdown was that CSU was going to beat Nevada in the first game and his whole projection of them running the table to a tourney championship would look foolish.
Check.

I would say Keylan is more important than Kalib (who is the one not likely playing due to ankle injury) but both are big pieces to what they do.
Gonna be hard to beat SDSU short handed.

Re: Welp...Sprinkle frontrunner for Washington?
If Sprinkle is done with USU then I'm done showing any support to college athletics. This is literally the last straw for me. I'd rather watch the grass grow than support it. I've been there. I think many on here would be lying if they said they haven't been. It's hard rooting for the front of the ...

Re: WBB: Ard fired before presser
Do we know if it was before the presser? Maybe it was a few days ago, similar to the Washington's men team. I have this question as well. If this was the case, most people would have thrown the word "just" in there (e.g. "I just spoke with Diana ..."). I think in this situation, it would have been ...

Re: Danny Extension Offer
One small detail that keeps getting lost in this mess. NILs are not run or organized by the AD or the University admin. They are wholly separate and run by boosters and those with a rooting interest in a particular University. As it exists now, donor-fueled NIL collectives must run independently and...

Re: WBB: Ard fired before presser
This is pure speculation: Diana is not an amateur and didn't "fire Kayla as she was walking off the court." I am guessing a discussion happened a couple/several 30+ point losses ago between Sabau and Ard along the lines of "This obviously hasn't been working out for either side, we would like to ha...
