Re: Recruiting

https://twitter.com/EvanDaniels/status/1262426696566878211 Due to NCAA transfer rules, Gach will have to sit out next season before having two years of eligible. Gath is, however, expected to apply for a waiver to eligible immediately. Awesome! Would love if we somehow landed this guy, especially i...

Tony was let go a little while ago due to layoffs across all of the Miller businesses. I hope he lands on his feet in this market. I really enjoy listening to Tony and think he is a hidden gem when it come to play-by-play. Was hoping to see him get a break in that respect soon.

This guy is 6’8”, athletic, and I hear can really shoot it from the outside. He might be one to watch for us to potentially pick up as a stretch 4 for next season. At the SDSU game this last year they only allowed a single person at a time on the escalator to the upper section I was in because they were afraid it would collapse. Seriously guys, it is SDSU and it isn't close. I've been to UNLV and it is a football paradise in comparison.

Boise is bad, but notice how no one who lists it has been to the worst stadium in the history of stadiums...San Diego State is the worst, bar none

New Kicker

Ryan Marks for Farmington High. I watched this guy play several times this year. Huge leg. I think he has a chance to handle all three kicking duties. I think his best skill is as a punter. Love getting the local guys. Welcome Ryan!

I think that Colombi is likely to be the starter at QB and he has shown me enough to feel good about where we will be there. Peasley can move the ball with his legs as needed. I also think Cooper Legas will end up being a great player eventually as well At RB, I would hope very much for a healthy se...

Re: A Synopsis of the Defensive Scheme Argument

One thought to consider is that the coaches may be thinking that we are in a different place than we were 10 years ago with respect to the players we can get. The recruiting rankings would seem to imply that. Maybe they expect long-term to be able to get more legit DLs in. We'll see if that will be ...

Well, there goes USU's 3rd all-time highest rated recruit according to 247 rankings. I don't blame him one bit either. You're that highly rated as a LB and you find yourself on a team that is in desperate need of help at LB, especially as the season progressed, and he finds himself trying to bulk u...
