Re: Worst officiating in a long time
Second half fouls were like 10-3 in our favor before we started (stupidly) fouling. We lost this game because we turned into an NAIA team the second our best player left the floor.

CJ Wilcox from Pleasant View played a ton for Washington and made the NBA, but he was a top-100 guy. Kyle Dranginis from Sky View played a lot of minutes on some good Gonzaga teams. Jake Lindsey (son of Dennis Lindsey) played rotation minutes for Baylor. Jeff Pollard played rotation minutes for Wash...

Jaedon LeDee (POY) (Lock) Isaiah Stevens (Lock barring late-season collapse) Great Osobor (Lock barring late-season collapse) Tyson Degenhart, though I strongly considered O'mar Stanley and think he'd be an acceptable pick. Jaelen House, but JT Toppin has a real argument for this spot. I might have ...

Between shooting 4/15 and standing at half court like a spectator watching Ian go in for the game-tying layup, I think it's safe to say we don't win that game without Max Rice.

That's the way the world works unfortunately. Perennial conference championship contenders and tournament teams like Utah State tend to get these kinds of calls and perennial underachieving also-rans with virtually no fanbase like UNLV do not. It's not fair and it shouldn't be that way, but it is.

Osobor was running full speed towards the hoop and took an entirely unnecessary elbow to the chest, I wouldn't call that a terrible call. Questionable at worst. The other one, definitely terrible.

Washington State is #65 in KenPom (would be #6 in the Mountain West) and Oregon State is #206 in KenPom (would be #11 in the Mountain West, just ahead of last place #214 Wyoming). And that's with the excess resources that come from power conference membership that they no longer have. From a hoops p...

If "not running a real route" was grounds for a penalty then McGriff would have been flagged 30 times a game last season.

1. Number of wins for the women's basketball team during the 2023-24 season
2. Number of burner accounts on this site used exclusively by people with an axe to grind against Coach Ard
