Re: Wayne Estes - 75th Birthday

Pretty sure I saw him play against Cal in Berkeley. Just the sight of his shoes in the Spectrum would make me cry. One of the few times I saw my dad cry was in front of those shoes. After a Celtic game where Larry Bird had put on an incredible shooting performance the announcer asked Red Auerbach i...

So sad. No child should have to bury a parent. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk While of course it is sad, is this not the way we would prefer? As opposed to a parent burying their child? The guy has limited head coaching experience but has a lot of things going for him. Kind of hard to get him as an assistant before you get to hire the head coach.

Hmm, did covering the spread somehow become more important than winning the game. A strange world.

Attended the game and thought I'd put down a few more comments on here. We started the game very flat and we weren't playing very good defense. MVSU was hitting on all cylinders and making most of their threes. About half to 2/3 the way through the first half we started playing better and then pour...

I think you are right about the Utes and how much advantage the Pac-12 gives them then of course the heavy LDS population in Utah gives the Y a advantage there also. Collette will have a field day on the inside so that game could get ugly in a hurry. I think USU should change the way we recruit in ...
