Re: 1280: 60 in 60

Alfred Edwards #48 - woot woot I actually find this ranking ridiculous. Alfred should easily be inside the top 30. I agree. After last season I was actually starting to let myself believe that we were getting some more respect from SLC media, but maybe I just let myself get trapped in a Hans and Sc...

I seem to remember a movie or tv episode of something where the kids got their parents kicked out of attending games. They just played with only a couple unrelated adults present to officiate and supervise.

I hope he turns into something decent, but that video didn't inspire much confidence. He is a 7 footer and is struggling a bit to get the ball over the rim. Of course that is all I have ever seen, but my first impression is one of very limited athletic ability, that this far has gotten by entirely ...

I can understand where the kid is coming from. It's hard to be the minority in the place where you live. I remember when I was in Peru for my mission. If anything, they're more likely to be OUR trap game than the other way around. Lets say that we're undefeated in conference play up until then. It would be really hard not to look ahead to Fresno or Boise State instead of focusing on a team that we've destroyed for the past two years. Byu also has...

Personally I would prefer to not have the "nicest" locker room. Obviously I DO want a locker room that is good enough. But I still want there to be a bit of grunge. Something to keep players hungry. I want it to be something that will get them in the mood to go out and hit. Not to stay in and play ...

I'm okay with that. Sending Riley to BYU was one of the best things we ever did for USU. Bronco couldn't get over the grittiness of Mr. Nelson. He made a lot of people mad at BYU. I'm also sure BYU helped him reach his goal of getting into medical school. I bet he is close to graduating now. He did...

First time I remember USU making any kind of impression was a game against BYU in the mid- to late-90's. On a kick return some USU player made a monster block. Started attending USU in 1999. I don't remember if I ever actually made it out to a game that year (for shame!). I do remember sitting in th...

A big part of why he Boise St in it's own tier is due to their consistent recruiting. Year in and year out they are better than anyone else in the MWC.
