Re: MWC NCAA tourney history

Sure - you do this after I wasted time and did the same thing in the other thread. I would say that the conference strength is trending down, no? At least from the good ol' days of 2010 - 2013. Yeah, I guess I was just slightly faster in posting this. ;) And I wouldn't say that the conference is tr...

Re: The Last Three Years

Okay - so I did some checking and here is what I've got. The number of MW teams to make the NCAA tournament by year starting from 2000: 2000 - 2 2001 - 1 2002 - 3 2003 - 3 2004 - 3 2005 - 2 2006 - 2 2007 - 2 2008 - 2 2009 - 2 2010 - 4 2011 - 3 2012 - 4 2013 - 5 2014 - 3 2015 - 3 2016 - 1 2017 - 1 2...

MWC NCAA tourney history

In another thread someone asked about how many teams the MWC has gotten into the tournament over its history. I did a visual scan for the past 20 years and this is what I found (let me know if I got anything wrong): Here is the year-by-year number of MWC teams in the tourney, with the teams listed a...

someone from usufans will sneak into the t&m and streak a game My money is on @Aglicious If I remember correctly doesn’t he have a mini crush on Liam. If so someone should warn him of a bear hug coming his way. A bear hug might put him out all of next year as well. Physical injury, or PTSD?

I could maybe see myself doing the Washington St and/or AF games. It sounds like I should be making plans and reservations for Pullman asap if I plan on doing that game. My sister lives in Colorado Springs, so if I go to that game I'll probably stay with her, or possible my wife's parents or brother...

Re: Formal apology to Brock Miller

I think part of the problem for Miller in the "eye" test is that he either makes the shot or misses by a lot. Not a lot of close misses for Brock. More often than not his misses are on the wrong side of the rim and really have no chance of going in. I wasn't getting that impression at all last year...

This is another "eye test" comment, but I also seem to remember cringing whenever Miller was handling the ball last year. I seem to remember him being on the receiving end of a number of steals last year, as well as a few bad passes that got picked away. I haven't felt that way this year at all. One...

Nothing needs to be changed with the logo set at this point in time. At some point maybe they can do some kind of a minor refresh, but I hope we keep this as the core logo for decades to come.

With respect to Calhoun, who's to say they don't hire another whiny douche? I don't think that is showing Calhoun the respect he deserves. To suggest that AF might be able to hire someone as whiny and as big of a douche as him? That is just disrespectful. He is in a class of his own. Ron Caragher?
