I'm going to the Beehive Classic this week for the first time, but I've been in Vivint a couple of times for USU/byu games. I work in downtown SLC and am of the firm opinion the instate games should only be played on campus. USU should only use Vivint for games against teams that are a big draw wher...

Re: Now why isn't Fonzo starting again???

I think Kuba is starting to help that group be used to playing with a big Center in the middle because that's what it will be like once Queta is back. It keeps the lineups and style similar. I tend to agree with this as well. Also, having a 7'2" guy jumping the ball to start the game gives you the ...

The wettest game I remember was the Weber State beatdown 6-7 years ago. I don't remember what it was like to start the game, but I know none of us students were prepared and we got soaked. I wasn't about to leave a blowout win early after suffering through the BG years - seems like a lot of students...

Thanks all. I called Locker 42 and they said they'll have some for sale at the game but only a few hundred. Probably safest to go with the ones at Macy's or that awesome rainsuit.

Anyone know if the University or any vendors will have rain ponchos for sale near Maverik? Have some people coming in from out of town and I'm guessing they'll want some with the rain forecast.

First football game I attended was a November home game against Weber State in 2001. I was in middle school and had a friend with a relative on the team. Most people are saying if Queta comes back for one more year he could be a 2020 lottery pick -- I agree with this. But if that's the case, why wouldn't a team who likely won't have a shot at him in the lottery next year (Spurs, Warriors, Blazers, Bucks, etc... And yes, I know not all of them need a ...

Some of you have lost your minds. As others have said, you bring in the All American (we've only had a handful in school history) and figure the rest out later. A lineup of Porter, Toolson, Merrill, Miller/Brito, and Queta would be lethal. He would take scoring and defensive pressure off Sam, and yo...

Tyler Newbold brought up the idea of having Sam work the high post area in spurts to try and collapse the zone. The more I think about it the more it makes sense - he has a killer mid-range game and could kick to shooters when Washington's wings collapse. Sorry, don't know how to post his tweets. I...

Great shot and great win. Taylor was well-positioned for a rebound-putback had the shot been off target. There are certain things that frustrate me about Quinn's game, but this is not one of them.
