Two games while the starter is injured as not a trend. Nobody is crapping on Worster here. The kid is a stud.

Not to mention that both Zapala and Shulga will be freshmen again next year. A full year of work will do wonders for them.
I hope Liam come back strong next year as well.

Re: Marco Anthony's defense is great, but his scoring against the top of MWC has been bad.
There has been in every win a group that say the only reason that we win is that we have Anthony, and talk as if Anthony scoring all the points. You take things out of exact context which is the issue of your argument. My point is to give a reality check to those who say Anthony is some star on off...

Re: Marco Anthony's defense is great, but his scoring against the top of MWC has been bad.
Slb I think you are a great aggie. But why are you doing this? He is a very good player for us and a big reason why we won last night. Amen. The criticism is fair on a message board, but why do it? Why try to publicly tear down Marco? Especially while conversely touting how great Shulga is, even th...

Re: I believe that Shulga will become a starter next season
I am the guy who predicted Brito and Bean starting before anyone else. I didn't think Brito started until his last year. To paraphrase myself, Air Force is going to upset some teams and be somewhere in the middle of the conference. Air Force has yet to play New Mexico, SJSU, UNLV, Fresno State, San...

If we get Queta back then we have a shot at being at the top on the league again. If not then we are a middle of the table kinda team. The 2 nevada teams are bringing in mayor talent.

Re: Hate to say it
I just saw the second half, but what I saw was BS swarming around Miller everytime he got the ball. He had very few chances to put up a shot. I could be wrong, because I didn't see the first half, but it looked like Boise was content for Queta to get 2 or 3 more dunks than for Miller to put in 5 or...

The answer is most won't stay longer than their 4 years. People have plans and lives and won't stick longer than they need to. I hope mchesney stays and plays. He has potential.

Re: Brock Miller defense
Look, I agree with some of what has been said here. Miller's effort and hustle is of the charts and cannot be criticized. But he is in no way an elite defender. Yes he followed Shakel around and kept up with him, but Shakel is not an athlete either. What did Shakel do? He backed Miller into the pain...

I trust coach Smith on this one.
Do we even have scholarships for next year? I'm guessing Kuba and Anderson leave. Maybe be Queta goes pro. But they could all come back if they want to. We have Cade Potter signed, do we even have room for him?

If these coaches can create a winning program here, build their reputation, have solid/healthy environment then Utah kids will want to come and play for them. They will be able to get a few of the top tear Utah kids. If you build it they will come. When you say top tier, what is your vision of "top...

My concern is that we have been playing the worst teams in the league. When things get a little tighter and we play better defensive teams that he's shooting % will plummet.

Among the things that that means is that every success by SJSU, AFA and UNM benefits USU They would be beating teams that we also play, it's a wash. Not seeing it. In fact if they beat teams like Boise, SDSU, Colorado St then these teams will drop in the NET rankings giving us less opportunities fo...

He is shooting better, I hope he shoots like this against good teams. You know, teams that play good defense. I'm not that optimistic. His defense is terrible imo, the rest of his stats are not that great. We need his shooting though. I hope he keeps shooting well. Two air balls last night and they ...

I hope we can get some additional receiver weapons to put around Bonner because he was spoiled at Arky State. Although we do have a few nice play makers he may have a rude awakening unless BA and Cefalo can pull in a few more. Based on Bonners ASU stats I assumed he wasn’t much of a runner but he d...

I still don't think Love can throw the ball in cold weather so no, Packers was not the best place for Love.
It doesn't matter that Rodgers took every snap this season because Love I believe is the 3rd string QB. Still wouldn't have played if Rodgers sat a bit.
