https://usustatesman.com/utah-state-aggies-basketball-marco-anthony/ Final scholarship (I think) - he will sit out a year according to the article. Please correct if any of that is wrong. Correct. Marco got the final open scholarship. There is a possibility that one or two more walk-ons will be add...

Marco has to sit, think of Porter as a senior, and Alphonso might be a sophomore.

I other news, we have 2 freshmen.

Re: Smith in no hurry to use last schollie

I was wondering why weren't using the last scholarship. It's about time someone wrote something about it.

Do we "recruit" walkons or do they come over here and audition? Just curious to how that works.

I thought Tatum did play some safety in HS.

With Nash gone do we have time to bring someone else in to take his spot? Specially if Baron G. can't go either.

It's a good thing Gilliam and Lefeged got here early.

Re: NCAA Rules Changes

It will help Queta inside, he needs to develop some low post moves and become a consistent scorer. That will help him more as a prospect right now than becoming a stretch player like some have mentioned in here. It will make it even more critical to have a rim protector. Offensively, we know Merrill...

And yes, most of what Ken does is simply based on mathematical simulations based on years and years of data. So a the statement that teams like USU who do well one year often don't do as well the next year is just a complete guess based on historical trends. Pretty much everything leads me to belie...

Re: Queta - NBA Combine

I always enjoy seeing the height without shoes numbers.
6.7" Cody Martin is actually 6' 4.75''. Ha ha!
6'10" Jalen McDaniels is 6' 8.25''
6' 8" Cam Reddish is 6' 6.5'', Zion and RJ must be 6'5"

Queta is just a quarter of an inch under 6'11" which is pretty good.

I don't really give a damn which camp Queta goes to... Yes, of course Queta has a chance. However, he can't shoot a 20 footer on a regular basis which is the basis of almost every NBA franchise's offense besides the teams that are being left behind or are stagnant at best. He can't make his free th...
