...did you not see the statute of liberty? After the first half, we mentally checked out even more. Also, you already admitted earlier they ran trick plays? You said something about them running trick plays to give our guys a chance? (Which, wtf, do you really believe they’d run plays to give us a c...

Re: Biggest Concern

I think its talent yes but its also lack of preparation and motivation. Wyoming's lines are both better than Boise's sans Weaver. Their RB is better. Their QB about the same. So what the hell. You asked “what the hell” and I answered. Now argue that BSU is not more creative than Wyoming. Kthxbai.

Re: Biggest Concern

So you’re going to tell me that Boise is not more creative offensively than Wyoming? Before yesterday, when was the last time you saw the statute of liberty play?

I’m not arguing we didn’t get out manned. I’m simply telling you what differentiates Wyo from BSU, offensively.

I also want to stick up for Columbi in this thread. He needs some time with the 1st team offense before I really make my judgment on him. I think he can be good.

Massive signing.
Frank Maille continues to not only earn but exceed his keep.
Congrats to our staff and I can’t wait to see this kid on the field.
I think we should put Frank back with the DL. I also think we should recruit to go back to the 3-4.

I like the stats. Can’t argue about the premise at all. But, maybe a developed mid-range game would help his overall game, especially when the 3-ball isn’t falling? Sometimes it’s nice for a shooter to see the ball go in.

Absolutely. Our height and length really bothered them tonight. I think big men that have big bodies and can bang and push around our tall dudes, will cause us issues like with Montana. Not tonight, though.

I was just thinking the same thing. However, BSU is losing to SJSU and isn’t a foregone loss. I’m going to guess we make it to 6 wins, but, even that doesn’t guarantee bowling.

If you can't run the ball effectively it really doesn't matter what the tempo is. If you look back at the games our offense struggled this year and last it's because we couldn't run the ball.
Not true against CSU, but, definitely true against LSU.

We have played well enough that we could be 4-0 and poor enough that we could be 1-3.
It’s so weird that this is so true.

As for the question, our defense is better than I thought it would be and our offense is worse at scoring than I thought it would be.

3 things that stood out to me

1. The defense played an incredible game. Minus a few passing game miscues, we really flexed our defensive muscles. The offense+special teams gave CSU a score and many short fields. It’s amazing what we held them to, especially in the run game. 2. DOM was crucial this game. That 48 yard field goal w...
