Re: WASHINGTON: why I think Udub will beat you

I was at the game against Sac St. It looked like a P5 V FCS should look. Rough first quarter, followed by complete dominance in the second and third periods, and calling off of the dawgs in the fourth. Gaskin is IMO the best Husky on the team this year. He looked fast and shifty out of the backfield...

The one adjustment you said they made was to put pressure on the punter, and it resulted in our only touchdown. Your analysis was pretty decent, but your grading deserves an F.

In 2007 we lost to San Jose by 3 after leading by 4 in the last minute. Ninth loss in row en route to a 16 game losing streak. We didn't have a single home win that year. But yeah, seeing the Aggies win by 3 must have been unbearable.

What about the special teams coaching was F grade worthy? I didn't see the game, but players made some good plays, which is often done only when coaches teach them up well and make calls to put them in the right positions. I know punting left a lot to be desired, but all of our points were scored on...

If that was the worst football experience you've had as an Aggie, you haven't been around that long. Worst in the past 6 years? absolutely. But over the years we've had some terrible losses, with terrible weather, and terrible attendance. Maybe the expectations made this one a little more difficult,...

As one who only listened to the game, I was surprised to see there was over 3 minutes of highlights. I was even more surprised by how good we actually looked on a lot of plays. How about changing the three fingers in the air thing to when we are on offense? It'd still be stupid, but it would let the fans who like it keep their gimmic, it would keep them involved, and it would keep them quiet. It could almost be like the hands in the air thing we do during free throws. As a...

Bobby had a sweet pick 6 last night. If he continues playing like that he should make the squad.
Turbin hasn't been looking great this preseason. It is a good sign though that he is running with the ones while Marshawn is sitting out.
