Re: Coach Wells

So sad. No child should have to bury a parent. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk While of course it is sad, is this not the way we would prefer? As opposed to a parent burying their child? This is very sad. My dad turns 70 this year. I'm a lot younger than Coach Wells. Parents are expected to deal...

Re: What do we have for next year?

USU has many more alums, we have 500,000 people less than one hour from Logan. USU has 108 donors in all of Salt Lake county. USU has very few alums out of Cache Valley that give a damn, and regardless of the reasons we need to compete with MWC school if we are to be successful, and we do not even ...

Tennis and Track are doing pretty well. Track is only doing well because Gensel got them to that point. Hartwell thanked him by firing him (wrongfully) mid-season after 28 years at the height of the programs success. Again, unimpressed. Yeah... Cause AD's want to fire very successful coaches. I'm s...

Unless we land someone else we are staring at a bottom third team. It would take a miracle to finish .500. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Almost like the miracle it took this past season to do the same. Agreed. Below .500 is a bad season regardless of the coach or players. We have 5-10 built-in...

Love it. I like one of these games every year. Usually not winnable, but every once in a while we may snatch one (Damn you Wisconsin). But we will always get paid a good amount to play against a top team.

I didn't know Crewsley was leaving. I'm guessing you heard that from Sam's dad possibly? Or did I miss something.

Also, this board has made it known that Henson is leaving. Is that why you put him under journeyman?

It's crazy to me how many people see a redshirt freshman and see a finished product. Someone with Henson's length, athleticism, and shooting ability coming out of high school don't end up at USU if they can also attack off the dribble, rebound like a madman, and lock down on defense right away. He ...

Last I saw, the men were handling Boise pretty easily. Looks like it's off now. Jaime Barajas beat another all-conference player 6-1 and 6-0. He completely wrecked him. He's quite the player.

SD was ranked 81st last year.
And I think it's reasonable to assume they would have probably been higher next year, seeing as how they have a lot of returning players.

He looks fantastic in that highlight reel (obviously, it's a highlight reel, but still). He's 6'10" and he can drive to the hoop. It also looks like he has some decent weight already, and could put some more on in a good weight training program. I'm very excited about this signing.
