I was told that UTEP exit fee was only valid if they left conference USA within 5 years after they joined. After five years they would probably just lose shared revenues for the year they left. I researched this once and to meet codes a 25,000 seat stadium would need over 200 toilets. Seems like we
have 50-60 presently. I would agree we have a problem -a rather large one

Agrree with what was said above. One other option that may fit for situation is a prep school. These have been used by students to get some experience and help with there grades If he his going to walk on his best time would be in the spring instead of the fall.
