Re: Kowalczyk - Toledo

It's highly possible that Toledo didn't make it to the NCAA tournament this year because Kowalczyk has been focusing on landing the job at USU for the past couple of months. Isn't that what we're looking for? A coach that is committed to our program.

Re: Sprinkle to Washington

How much of the contract does Darius Brown get? He doesn't get that job without a handful of clutch shots from DB. I've been saying this for a while. He doesn't get that job without Downtown Daruis Brown. You are correct, and that's all the more reason why Sprinkle should take the generational mone...

Dude is old. Why?
So? He coaches with energy, is a proven winner, and if anything his age is an advantage because he may want to stay longer than 3 years.
And he doesn't have anything to lose if it doesn't work out.

If Mason commits the unpardonable sin of transferring to BYU, he will cease to exist in my mind. I don't think that the build-a-bar (or whatever it's called) money will be that enticing. Nate Dixon was Ryan Odom’s top assistant. He stayed back from going to VCU is an effort to try to get the head coaching job here. He was a finalist but ultimately didn’t get the job last spring. Where things get interesting though is he chose to stay in Cache Valley and not go coach elsewhere. What...
