Crazy that the coach and players would give up. I was forced to retire a year early because our plant closed. Could have strolled to the finish line, but did not and three days before we closed was asked to stay on 4 months, get all of my plant closing severance and work most of that time in Hawaii...

You're never as caffeinated as you think you are.
Take a nap after the game or get a buddy to come along and take turns driving with you. The trip will be more fun with a friend, anyway.

Hmmm interesting. You'll notice to that AFA is one of the few programs NOT relying on the Transfer Portal, rather building their program from the ground up. Well... that's what they've been telling their prospective HS recruits anyway. Do the service academies take transfers? Nope. They don't take ...

What if we played YBU? Are they the better team? I’ve heard their offensive rating is one of the best in the country. I've always considered BYU to be the most offensive team I've ever watched. :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy: :thanks: If I hadn't have said it, someone else would have. It was to...

Instead of storming the court, run their team bus off the road into a ditch in Sardine Canyon on their way back to the airport. That's the ultimate "Eff U". Oddly enough, I was on my way to SLC for a meeting this morning and kept leapfrogging the SDSU bus all the way out of the valley until we got ...

What happened to the dive bar out by Hyrum? City tore it down after the owner died. If those walls could talk... I've wondered how a sagebrush plant would fare in my yard for years. I need to just get one planted - but I'm not sure if it's native to Iowa or would cause issues. Great Basin Sage, or the big bushes you see around most of Utah, would not do well in Iowa. There are, however mid-western prairie rel...
