Doing nothing wrong. It is just a byproduct of the change from Twitter to X - you can send your complaints to Mr. Musk. Until things are figured out on their end - it will continue to look like this.

okay. I hadn't seen it mentioned anywhere else about others having trouble with it, so i thought it must've just been me.

They've said that the functionality will return eventually so I haven't removed it completely but as of now Twitter has embedded timelines disabled.
