Swindall and Sharp

Post by hickaggie » October 24th, 2015, 12:33 am

Never saw Swindall and Sharp was a second half no show. Can't afford to have #4 hurt? Anyone know whats going on?

After 7 games into the season I think it's safe to say Swin is not going to be a factor.

Swindall may be the biggest disappointment on this years team. He is a huge target with great hands and good moves after the catch. You would think he would make a great target for KM but he is hardly out there. Is he just that hurt? out of game shape? :noidea:

Swindall was a huge part of the Mays touchdown. He was the receiver blocking on the edge. The announcer misspoke when he said it was Sharp on the block.

I think Swindall and Robinson just aren't targeted that much. Myers so far has been a one read and go QB. If the first option isn't there he panics. I really like Myers, so don't get me wrong but this part of his game is typical of a guy who's playing in his 10th D1 game.

Swindall was out there a ton last night. If Sharp is out there, Myers does not see anyone else (except for stupid (I can't express myself without swearing) screens.)

Agree Myers only has eyes for Sharp. We have the receivers, but lack the progression and time. I would love to see Swindall, Robinson & other receivers get more involved.

The same thing that has happened to all the receivers not named Sharpe.

If BYU can put spirit, integrity, and tradition on the back of their jerseys, why can't we put Sharp on the back of all the receivers jerseys? Then KM will spread the ball around more.
