I've heard that the name was released.

Saw that it was on the scout.com site for premium members. Cue the whole "pay for privileged information" discussion/argument...

First off, this looks like a good hire and we desperately need to imprvoe on ST's. I'm liking what his CAL players say about him on that link.

CAL PLAYERS ON MARK TOMMERDAHL
“I am incredibly fortunate to have Coach Tommerdahl as my special teams coach. He has pushed me to become both a better person and a better man. Having his experience on the sideline helps me perform to the best of my ability come gametime.”
– Junior PK Matt Anderson

“Coach Tommerdahl is the type of coach you would want to go through a wall for.”
– Senior ST Patrick Worstell

Why do we need to pay when we can just sit and wait an hour and either it goes from premium to free or someone spills the beans. I can wait the hour. ;)

The name was already leaked about a week ago in the "Who's Replacing Chico?" thread.

I point out the same type of question to my wife when it comes to movies. Spoiler alert, the movie at the cheap theater is the exact same movie that was playing at a much more expensive theater the month before. The football season doesn't start for another 191 days, 8 hours, 53 minutes, and 31 seconds, so I think I can wait for the official announcement without paying for premium speculation.

Why would he come to USU from Cal? Curious about the story behind this.

He wasn't kept on staff with the coaching staff change. As a coach he was well liked by their fan base though.

He's a cousin to Pat Riley.

It's not Matt Lubick so don't trust those pay sites for anything. Utah State, Ole Miss, Baylor all got it wrong.
Now headed to Washington.

And you can't beat the sour milk and pee smell of poor people at the dollar theater!

Hahaha! I'll pay full price just for this very reason. While we are on the the subject of stink in public places the Fun Park has it's own aroma of Kid Sweat and Feet.. :puke:

You forgot to mention the inch that is taken off the sole of your shoes from walking on sticky floors, but once you get to your stinky seat, the movie is still the same.

Most places it's called 'matinee' not 'discount theater' so you don't have to worry about all that stuff. An unintended consequence of Utah cheap?

USUFans.com. Come for the discussion around assistant coach hires. Stay for the disgusting public smells and cheap-o Utawn talk.
