As hard as it can be to be an Aggie at times

Post by GameFAQSAggie » January 8th, 2018, 10:47 pm

Imagine how it feels for those that are Atlanta Falcons fans along with Georgia Bulldog fans, going through the Super Bowl then the loss tonight. And the parallels are similar in letting down alot of fans cheering for you cause of who they hate(the Patriots, Alabama) and even coaches they hate(Bill Belichick, Nick Saban)

I completely agree. It would absolutely suck to be an Atlanta fan. The Braves and Hawks can't even be bothered to be good either.

Yeah, being an Aggie fan is just like being a fan of two teams that just lost the championship games at their respective levels.

On second thought...not really.

It would've suck to lose the MW championship game this year. We showed them!

I'm actually really smart, probably smarter than you are so if you disagree with what I have stated in this post, you are likely wrong (and dumb).

As a Georgia resident, this joke expresses the mood as well as any I've heard:

"When I die, I want a Falcon, a Bulldog, a Brave and a Hawk to be my pallbearers... so they can let me down one last time."

Sports fans in Georgia are very guarded in the way they cheer for their sports teams, not unlike Aggie fans.

I honestly do not believe I have ever seen momentum shifts (missed chip shot field goal..career long field goal...sack for loss in ot followed by touchdown pass) like this in any sport, any game, ever. Football is fabulous.
